What did I do in a former life to deserve this?
Went in for a SIMPLE Relaxer and trim. Ended up with people whom obviously have no idea about ethnic hair. ((The instructors are to blame more then the kids learning.)) Ended up with severe chemical burns all over my scalp, ears, forehead, and neck. Hair breakage, dry-dry straw like hair and fever from the burns. They forgot to give me my trim and when I asked they said they didn’t have anymore time and that I should just come back. 0₀
They were obviously out side their minds and I’ll never return to that location.
