Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

Well I moved from Texas to broken arrow about 2 years ago and braums was a very well know restaurant for there burgers and ice cream in Texas. All my friends and family told me you have to go eat here, it is delusions. So I did and liked it a lot. When I moved here I wanted to try braums again, and everything so far was great until I had to start pulling forward every time I went through the drive thru. It was very agitating when two cars behind you get your food, and I am still pulled forward waiting 10 and 20 mins.
They are very nice people, but the service and quickness is not very good at all.
If this store could fix this problem of having to move forward and waiting for food that is cold. I would totally change this 3 star to a 5 star.

A quick update: I’ve decided not to let myself continue to visit Braums. I feel like a battered spouse, constantly making excuses for my drunken and idiotic partner. Maybe you really love me Braums, but I think we should see other people.
You’ve managed to get every order wrong over the past 6 months. You’ve always done it with a smile.
Today was the last time I would see you. I wish you well. I’m moving on. And to be clear: it’s not me, it’s you. I gave you the best years of my life, and you gave me a steaming hot iced mocha.
