Had Uhaul install a hitch/​wiring.
Not only was it installed incorrectly, and dangerously, but the installer managed to break every plastic trim piece and clip in sight on my 2010 VW Jetta Sportwagen.

Can’t believe I’m giving a U-​Haul five stars, but: I reserved that morning, showed up early, got a brand new van, kept it late, was not charged extra. The place was not crowded, the service was fast and friendly, my receipt was emailed, and the deposit was totally reasonable. Oh, and the price was right. Basically everything I could ask for from a U-​Haul, so… thanks.
