Don’t leave anything in your room that you don’t want taken, as you will never see those items again. Of course the story is that housekeeping didn’t find anything. So secure your belongings and check behind yourself to ensure you haven’t left anything.

Room service did not turn over room until 5pm. No restaurant on site or within walking distance. However, the hot breakfast and food options were good.

I had the wedding room block here for our wedding, the hotel itself was nice but but was very hot. It was high 70s in May and we did just have a terrible freezing winter so the ac hadnt been used much Probably. no matter how cool we turned the ac it just didn’t seem to cool off the rooms. The morning of the wedding we were getting ready, there were 7 – 8 women in the suite (with 2 bathrooms) we almost ran out of toilet paper. When we asked one of the house keepers for a few more rolls of toilet paper they handed us 1, and were appalled when we asked for another roll for the other bathroom.
I had been speaking for about a year with the sales manager back and forth via email about setting up the room block and everything seemed to be going very smoothly. The Friday before our wedding, we arrived at the hotel at 3, the rehearsal dinner was at 4. When I went to check into the room, I was told that I didn’t have a room. I had emailed the sales manager back and forth and asked for 2 2 bedroom suites for the Friday. So 2 of my bridesmaids had to go home the night before and meet us back at the hotel the next morning because the hotel was completely sold out. She offered to put them up in foxboro or other area residence inns as well but they lived in Norwood so it made no difference. Not once did she ever say «I’m sorry» and she basically laughed in my face and told me pretty much I was out of luck for a room that night. I also heard from a few guests that there room wasn’t ready for check in and I even had a couple miss the shuttles the wedding because their room wasn’t ready. We did receive multiple compensations which I appreciate. I would have gladly paid full price to have my bridesmaids stay with me the night before the wedding and it just wasn’t what I had in mind. Overall it just just a disappointing experience and I strongly urge any other brides looking to get a room block there to make sure you receive adequate correspondence saying that you have a room!
After our honeymoon I ended up emailing the sales manager the old emails when I had asked for the room, and she emailed me back a lengthy response never acknowledging that I had in fact asked for the 2 2 bedroom suites the night before the wedding.

My reviews of Marriotts usually start at 4 – 5. This place had most of the components of a well run Marriott. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Pool was nice but no towels, had to ask and it was a 30 minute wait.
Earplugs provided in each room as the hotel is feet from a busy highway.
Breakfast was 2 stars.
Marriott charges a premium for good reasons. This hotel is not a good reflection on the Marriott brand

I’m a Marriott Timeshare owner and only stay at Marriott’s. This place was great! Carlos was very accommodating and very friendly. The room was clean and the bed, of course, like all Marriott beds, was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous and just what we needed to get started before heading back on the road home. One thing, the complimentary wi-​fi was not really strong.

Love Marriott. Always have been staying a some Marriott chain since early 2001. With their point system I have had many free vacations by cashing in on points. This Residence Inn was a stop to break up the drive home from Boston. At the time of booking I did not check Unilocal.
The place is very clean. The staff is friendly and the food quality is like any other Marriott. I will say that the breakfast dishes and utensils were all plastic. Really people? Washing dishes is that much of a problem. Other than that the stay was great. As far as the neighborhood it is in an industrial area if the surrounding area is a rough neighborhood — we never would have guessed.
Overall a good place to stay.

The staff was amazing. We stayed here while attending a funeral. The staff was so understanding and accommodating. The made a difficult situation more tolerable. Room was clean and spacious.

I usually don’t rave about hotels. But I am with this one. It was recently remodeled and was completely clean, up to date, modern, upscale and comfortable. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. It was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in a Marriott. Room was very spacious. Area is a bit industrial, but since I wasn’t planning on walking around — just getting a good night’s sleep and off to meetings the next morning — this was perfect.

–Spacious rooms (microwave, dishes, fridge & oven helpful in reheating leftovers)

I am pretty picky, and I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Great long term stay hotel. Full kitchen. Few rooms have been remodeled within the last couple of years. About 30 – 45 mins south of Boston. The neighborhood doesn’t have the greatest reputation but the hotel is located in a safe area. I had a pleasant stay here for a few months. Like all Residence Inns they offer Happy hour snacks Monday thru Thursday around 5pm — 7pm. They do allow cats and dogs for a fee. The hotel will give you passes for the Gold’s Gym a few blocks away. At the time my rate for a long term stay was around $ 169 w/​o any corporate discounts. However, the rates change depending on the season.
