I came to order two slices of cheese pizza. I was told they didn’t have any ready and I would have to wait eight minutes. The cashier offered their«all you can eat pizza,» which he said was smaller and not fresh. I said I would wait eight minutes for fresh, full-sized slices. I paid. In three minutes, I was brought two horrible, burnt, stale small pieces of the all you can eat pizza, that was likely sitting under a heat lamp for hours on end. Moral: Don’t ever order slices at Papa Gino’s.

Two other guys from class and myself came here for lunch and was greeted very kindly by the manager. We ordered an X-Large pie with pep/saug on one side and olives on the other. They brought our pie to us and warned us that it’d be hot, he was right, It came out very hot(even tough to eat for a few mins) and it looked real good. I had one of each type and both were real good. I’m sorry to see that others didn’t care for their pizza, all 3 of us liked it quite a bit. We had people from 3 different states and no one had a complaint. I’d eat here again and next time try one of their sandwiches instead.

Well I wish I could give higher than a 1 but I never even got to eat the Pizza. We called ahead to order but when I went to pick up they said they didn’t have it. So I placed order again and waited. While I was waiting I heard the employees swearing and yelling at 1 another. 30 minutes layer I checked to see if the pizza was done and they said 5 more minutes. Finally when it was done I opened the box to see a mess. No cheese and there was 2 topping s that I didn’t want… stay away

Whomever was answering the phone needs to be retrained on phone skills. Really, she does. She did the job efficiently, and nicely, but her customer service skills were TERRIBLE! I order one slice of pizza, and a breadsticks, and tell them that I will be there in a half an hour as I am driving from Mansfield. She says something about how it won’t take that long to make. Now, I worked in pizza places all through my college years, if someone told me that they wouldn’t be in for a half an hour I wouldn’t put the pizza in for at least fifteen minutes! That’s how things are usually done. Not here apparently. But my pizza was hot-ish, as were my breadsticks. Price you ask? I believe it was $ 8.49 for ONE slice of pizza and(a small) cheese breadsticks! No soda, nothing else… just that. Holy crap. That’s a lot of money for an eighth of a pizza and some bread on the side! The location itself is on a very busy street and has been there for a while and it shows. You would think that the amount of money that they charge for some bread and cheese, that they could afford to update the place a little! I won’t be going out of my way to come here again.

HORRIBLE. I’m sorry this has to have been the WORST order I’ve ever had from a Papa Ginos and usually I LOVE their food. I ordered a large cheese breadsticks with extra cheese for pickup. I opened it up when I go home and found the breadsticks were hacked to bits like someone had tried cutting it over and over again, not to mention there was BARELY any cheese on it at all. And they included no marinara sauce with it… So disappointed. I wish I had ordered from Dominos instead.
