I go to Massasoit right down the street so i come here every once and a while for lunch.
Now I’ve been working in the food industry for 2, almost 3, years, so i know food takes time. But when there’s 2 customers in the entire restaurant, i know chicken tenders don’t take 20 minutes, which is how long i waited. Now I’m not just saying that to b****, no. A few people came in after me and their food was out before mine. They ordered pizzas and things that take twice as long as chicken. At least it tastes good, that’s the only reason why I’m giving it two stars.

I have ordered from this location several times, it is so very hit or miss but after several misses I am done.
Today I placed an online order for a turkey club pocket with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, and mayo; also ordered an Italian pocket with lettuce, tomato, provolone cheese, bacon and mayo. First, the order showed up over 20 minutes late. Okay, it’s a Sunday, the pats are on, maybe they’re busy; I’ll let it slide. The turkey pocket had no bacon, lettuce or mayo. The Italian pocket had no cheese, no bacon, very little lettuce and very little mayo. If you are low or out of something, maybe call the customer to let them know? Otherwise this was just plain ignorance. Will NEVER order from this location again.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. Its a Papa Gino’s… What are people expecting? I always order so much food I end up spending $ 30+ but its so worth it. Between the chicken tenders and fries, the chicken broccoli alfredo, and the pizza box full of breadsticks… nooommmmm!

Service sucks, place is dirty, just awful. I called in my order, showed up 20 minutes later as instructed, paid, then was told my order would be delayed because of no bread. I was the only one in there. I waited an additional 45 minutes, they offered to give me a discount next time, I told them there would never be a next time. Place is awful and dirty.

Should I begin from the dirty looks that the employees give or the blatant lack of giving a crap by by all who work at this location? Yes, I know that this is in Brockton but it is still a corporate chain and should be run well. I have been to this location about 10 times and each time that I get takeout it is wrong, I got a turkey club pocket with mayo, bacon, tomato, onion, hots, American cheese. Guess what I got instead? 3 pieces of turkey, 1 piece of bacon, stale pocket and 2 pounds of lettuce. The sandwich maker at this place stares at you the entire time he is making food and tries to stare you down, he will literally stand there staring at you and not make any food for for feels like eternity. I have loved Papa Gino’s since I was a little kid but, holy crap I will never go to this location ever again. If in the area just to go West side pizza and get a good meal.

My delivery experience was terrible last night. The girl who took my order had an attitude and was unpleasant. Food arrived 30 minutes late and was kind of luke warm. The driver asked for cash and I had already paid with my credit card on the phone during my order! They still charged me.
Guess they were having a bad night?
