Abington, MA
A slightly above average Tex Mex place and much above average fast food restaurant. Despite being pre-​prepared and sitting in warming trays, food is tasty. The steak in my burrito was tender and not too grizzly like «steak» in so many fast food restaurants can be. The assembly line nature of the counter ensures quick service, and the employees working the line were very friendly. The dining room is warm and inviting, with warm southwestern colors and pop art decorating the walls. Manager made a couple of sweeps of the dining room and salsa bar, wiping down tables and counters and ensuring a clean appearance. Overall I’m a fan of this place and will absolutely come back regularly.

This chain is a pretty typical example of a corporate Tex-​Mex chain. Food is usually pretty tasty.
I do not like the fact that they force you to leave a tip when using the online order form. It probably means they pay their employees a crappy wage. Not to mention, pressuring your customers to leave a tip is so awkward and rude. (And YES, of course I tip, but that’s not the point.)
That said, this location gets 3 stars for the service. My food was hot and ready when I picked it up, and my cashier was friendly. I’ll be back.

I got this overly short, thick brick of a burrito just now. The person who made it put the tortilla down on the side of aluminum foil that he already wrote on with marker, yum! Just acted like I didn’t see it before flipping it around a few moments later. Thanks. I’ve gone here a couple times before and it was alright, but tonight revealed their lack of attention to quality. I think I got overcharged too. C’mon man!

I waited in line for 15 minutes before anyone even came to the counter! I should have known right there it was downhill from there! Mexican is my absolute favorite! I would eat it every day if I could! This place is absolutely horrible! Even if they do give you free tortillas. they are just yucky!
I’ll stick with Qdoba’s and Chipolte’s!

First time I went here, no problem. Third time coming here … Will be my last. First of all I ordered a burrito bowl and I ask them if I could have a soft taco on the side like I do at chipotle. I can’t believe they charge me $ 1.50 for the small ass tortilla, it’s not even the big one. At chipotle they will never charge the extra tortilla and even if they did they wouldn’t charge $ 1.50! And the lady cashier didn’t even give me my receipt and when I asked for it she said she threw it in the trash she can’t grab it again. So they could’ve charge me way more and I wouldn’t know until I see my statement. I come here bc I crave chipotle. Now that I just experience that… I rather drive 30 minutes to the closest chipotle than come here again.
I only give 2 stars bc they come with free chips and guacamole

I didn’t notice the complimentary tortillas in my bag until I got home.
AWESOME!
I have only 1 complaint. The chicken & beef could be kept a little more hot.
