Yes, the drive thru is such a long wait. And yes, they often times get the order wrong, which is super aggravating after you’ve waited so long. The employees are pretty rude and just hand and take things without a smile, «thank you», or even«you’re welcome» after you are so kind as to thank them yourself.

I’ve always had a terrible time at this McDonalds. From waiting 10 minutes to be served while standing right in front of them… To waiting 20 minutes for my single order meal. I was there last Wednesday, the 12th of November. We arrived there at about a little before 9pm or at 9pm. We checked both doors, they were locked shut. I called this specific store 2 – 3 times asking them when their dining room closed. They claimed it closed all the time, every night, at 10pm. I asked if there was a special circumstance why they were closed in the dining room, they said there wasn’t any they were aware of. I have yet to talk to the manager, but I doubt he’ll be helpful. I called a shift manager tonight and she didn’t really even apologize about it or anything, just said«Well, the General Manager will be in tomorrow.» When we tried to enter the store on that night, we saw 3 non-employees inside just chatting with the crew.(Not acquiring food or ordering, it seemed.) Seemed like they just invited their buddies and locked up… But I won’t be that presumptuous. Only explaining what I observed.

Horrible dirty place. Without fail anytime I’ve gone here they’re «out» of something. Burritos, shakes, pies, coffee. Now I just drive the extra distance to the one on pearl which is just a tiny better

I really would give this place no stars but you are forced to give at least one! I hit fast food when I have to, not a regular at many but I’ll never return to this one. Does the Brockton Board of Health inspect these places? The day I went in the place was FILTHY! and it looked like more mess than one days worth. Then for the number of people at the counter things just went too slow. I had to repeat my order 3 to 4 times before I thought it was right. But then they still got it wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles or onions, it had a slip that said that but still had both in it??? I stop at many other McD’s cause they have coffee that is much better than Dunkins weak watery crap. But this place the coffee was cold and old and burnt. I also ordered a pie that in most other stores has a tag saying sell by a certain time, this one didnt and it seemed it was made long before, it was cold and soggy. The Chains Corporate Management needs to audit this store cause it is dirty and not producing food like it should.

I have been to the drive-thru of this place on two different occasions. Both times have been horrible experiences. I am going to compare this with other McDonalds and fast-food place. Both times the wait times were over 30 minutes, with less than five cars in line. The second time, after the long wait, I was told they were out of one item I ordered, and then proceeded to not give me another item which I noticed after I left. When I looked inside at the window, the staff appeared to be gossiping, fooling around, and showing little attention towards customer service. I find that I am very tolerant to human errors and mistakes. This McDonalds goes far and beyond being that. One star is too high of a rating for this place. Avoid.

I want to preface my review with a simple statement: I love McDonald’s. I am not a food snob nor am I one who blames fast food for my waistline. This particular McDonald’s is simply terrible. On our way home from New Bedford, my fiancé and I stopped here for some coffee. To make a long story short, not only did it take us a startling five minutes to order due to the man at the register never actually finding the right buttons on the register, but he STILL messed up the order. The skim latte with sugarless syrup was disgusting and sadly my fiancé was given the exact same thing even though she ordered a simple mocha. To add to my complaints, no whipped cream was offered, the cups were only ¾ filled, and no nutritional facts were posted.
