Lowe’s is an interesting store. I know they carry probably a million products or more in their store, and their competitors don’t carry as much, but whenever in this area I always go to Harbor Freight(across the parking lot) first to look for ‘hardware’ like products. Even so, Harbor Freight doesn’t always have what I am looking for, and for urgent things I normally visit this Lowe’s. It’s definitely not the best location, as employees are sparse and the motif of the store is old, but it does the job for this area. It’s also much better than both the ok Avon Home Depot and terrible Brockton Home Depot. It always has all of the basics, and normally has lots on sale(comparable to Home Depot). Parking lot is huge and is quickly accessible via Oak Street, Route 27, or Route 24(via Exit 18A). Not the best Lowe’s, but far from the worst. 3 stars.

What a wonderful experience we had yesterday… thanks to Michael J. Kirk. He was the kind sales specialist that was tasked with bringing up our snow blower. Then he offered to help my husband load it into our truck, when it didn’t fit he generouly offered to get his tools and take it apart so that it would. He did exactly that, with a smile to top it all off. What a great guy! Thank you so much for your excellent service. This is the reason we are loyal Lowes customers.

They are the best! They try to help you fast and the paint guy Bill helped me when needed. I went to Avon Home Depot and they wouldn’t help me at all. They gave me the wrong products twice. It only took one trip to Lowe’s to get it right. Also, Billy the delivery driver is great to work with.

I’ve never shopped in Lowe’s before until I received 10% coupon for moving into new house. I went there 2 weeks ago on Saturday around 8 pm to buy new grill for Sunday cookout. There were no employees around the hall I asked 2 clerks at counter and waited about 15 minutes then there was a guy there to help us. but he said he is not working for grill department and he made few calls to look for the right guy but it looks like he went home already(the store closes at 10 pm!!!) he called for help but nobody knows about grill and they don’t even know where they are stocked. I waited patiently since they really tried to figure out things for us and while I was waiting I went to lumber department to get a picnic table delivered to my house. There were plenty of guys over there and I was relived to see them thinking things will get easier this time. On website they offered free home delivery from local store so I asked if I can buy here and delivered and one of the short guy said«no free delivery sir». I told him on website it says free delivery from store. he said«free delivery on appliance only sir» I told him again I have it on my phone I can show it to you. he said it again«no sir we don’t do free delivery except appliance» WTH!!! These guys didn’t know what they are saying and They had no idea what is offered on their own website. I was really upset and just left the store after wasting my precious exciting Saturday night. After a week I went online and placed an order for picnic table and several items with FREE shipping for upcoming cookout party on Saturday but they have serious communication problem with shipping/trucking company which is called XPO. next day I got a phone call from XPO saying I have delivery scheduled next day. but nothing came. and the guy from Lowe’s said it will be delivered on Thursday and I waited but nothing showed up. I called XPO customer service line but I have no clue what is going on. I got another call that afternoon saying It is scheduled for Friday. and nothing came again. I was frustrated because I only have one day left until party but I trusted them and just waited until Saturday but miracle didn’t happen… I called Lowe’s customer service center to cancel the order since they couldn’t keep their promise on delivering on time and party is over anyway. they accepted my request for cancellation and apologized for what happened. and I totally forgot about whole bad experience with Lowe’s until today, I got another call from XPO saying order from Lowe’s is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow!!! I rushed to check my credit card to see if they refunded my money back, of course not!!! they refunded only half amount. They gave me so much headaches it was total disaster!!! I will never go back there. and I will refuse the delivery tomorrow and I will get my money back.

We have ordered 6 appliances from Lowes in the past 5 years, always with great experiences. This is our first time using the Brockton store(only because they were the only one who had the model dryer we wanted in stock), and will be our last. Was told we had to wait a whole week for delivery, even though our card was charged immediately and the receipt says next day, and then the dryer never was delivered. No one in the store(even the manager, who was least helpful of all) can provide any idea of where our dryer is, or when we might get it. Order will be canceled by the time I’m done this review. Do NOT shop here.

Ok… Huge selection. Always generally cleaner and neater than HD. Breeze to park. Never really a crowd as I went on Saturday afternoon. Check out was a cinch and I am that dude that wants to get in and out before car misses me.

This Lowe’s single-handedly converted us from Home Depot shoppers. Great prices, staff is excellent and friendly, and we never leave empty-handed. My husband is on a first-name basis with just about everyone at this store now, after living at our house and being a «do-it-yourselfer» for 3 years. Do yourself a favor and just make this your one-stop-shop.

I absolutely love LOWES! I don’t even bother with the«other» place anymore. This place is always absolutely NEAT and SPOTLESS! I went in today to check on prices for appliances and I was greeted by a very friendly man who spent over a half an hour with me explaining everything with me and even printing me out some pages to take home. I was walking around trying to find some carpet cleaner and within 5 minutes three sales people asked if I needed help. This places is wonderful. Nice people, everything set up perfectly so you can find it and most of all everything is organized and neat! Lowe’s you’re my #1 home improvement place!
