OH MY GOD. I called for help making an online payment and was told that this bank DOES NOT HAVE AN ONLINE BANKING OPTION for making payments, but that they’re «working on it». Just to recap: In the year 2015, there is still a bank that does not have a website capable of taking online payments. And you can only make a phone payment during normal business hours (M-​F 9 – 5).

I have had very few issues with this bank. The branch managers and their assistants have always been helpful and friendly. Sometimes I find it best to contact the main location on Belmont St. I find the staff are a bit more informed than other personnel from other locations. Their online mechanisms have come a LONG way from the original days. I can now bill pay with ease, and they have a mobile app. They have AMAZING hours and even when the lines are long, it’s no where near as frustrating than it was when I was a member with BOA (BankofAmerica). So, yes, kudos to you Crescent for being a very good credit union.

Rough and Ready, CA
When I’m in Broke-​Town for business or what have you, I bank here. I’m able to make deposits and fee-​less withdrawals for an out-​of-​state account at CCU’s ATM because they are a member of the Co-​Op network (
). That makes them cool in my book.
Location is a little awkward being right at an intersection and the parking lot is a little snug but they do have a drive up ATM.
