NEVERSENDYOURCHILDTOTHISPLACE. I am an adult, but after a 5 minute appointment with DR. ALEXANDER at the Stoughton Office I came home INTEARS. The Doctor was called in to answer a minor question about my retainer’s fit. His entire attitude was beyond rude. He talked down to me like I was a young child and was all together EXTREMELYCONDESCENDING. After I asked a simple question, he accused me of being rude towards him. After correcting his MISINFORMATION about my retainer, he told me I needed to stop interrupting when he’s trying to finish his sentences. By the end of the five minutes, he had tightened my retainers(after telling me they SHOULDN’T be tightened) and sent me out the door with a ‘She doesn’t need to ever come back.’ I have been going to Arch for over 10YEARS. This is not the first time the staff has been UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and RUSHED(the Brockton office especially). But after this experience, I will never go back again.

I love Arch Orthodontics! Everyone is so friendly — it makes the appointment pleasant despite having to have dental work! My teeth were straightened really quickly. Process was totally painless.

Arch is a bad experience every appointment. I honestly dread going there. An appointment that, according to the computer and the front desk, should last twenty minutes always goes over. I’m stuck there propped back in a chair while the assistants chat about who knows what. This happens EVERY time. It’s obnoxious and Arch clearly doesn’t mind wasting my time. I’m tired of missing work and school to be disrespected.
