ZERO Stars-Today was the final straw. Do NOT go here. First the mani’s started chipping within 24 hours. They always do the brows all chopped up or too thin. Now this time, I got a rash on my feet during a pedi and when I went to the store to ask for a refund she said she won’t do anything about it, «so what? It’s nothing. How come no one else is complaining?» I was handled with complete denial and she didn’t apologize. She offered me a free manicure. I wanted my money back because I felt it’s not fair I pay for ugly feet. I pointed out the footbath which I never noticed but it had visible mold… she yells that they clean everything. Really? Then why did I break out in a rash? I’ve seen other un-hygenic things go one here like improper sanitary precautions with instruments and someone had visible bloody cuticles/cut while getting a manicure. Don’t waste your time here. I walked out today saying I won’t be back! Gave them the benefit of the doubt for way too long. Zero stars for quality, sanitation and customer service. You get what you pay for. Save yourself the trouble.

I’m diabetic so they are very careful with my feet. Lily is really great and it is a painless manicure that lasts. I’m very please. Tuesday’s are the least bust day to go. The chairs are easy to get in and out of.

I love this place and I have been going here for a couple of years now. My favorite nail stylist is Tao. She is wonderful and always does an amazing job. I have had manicures, no chips, gels and facial waxing. They always do an amazing job and I have never had any complaints.

I went in for a removal of a no chip manicure I had done at another location. I decided to get another one done and my eyebrows waxed. The place looked a little run down but overall fairly clean. However, I was quite grossed out by the lack of clean tools they use. She took all of her tools out of her desk and they were not in any sort of solution. It wasn’t until I asked her if they clean their tools did she take a alcohol swab and wipe it down. The tool she used to clean under the nails looked like it was not new. Maybe one of the technicians had gloves on. I would not go back again. I think it’s pretty nasty they clean under peoples nails with the same tool for everyone and don’t even clean them! The lady to did my eyebrows was very nice and did a good job though.

I went here for the first time. Wish I would’ve gotten the name of the nail technician but she didn’t know what she was doing. For the pedi, she complained about taking off the polish from my previous pedi because it was glitter. She also polished before putting on my sandals… tried to tell her but she didn’t understand. I wanted a design then she brings back over the colors for the design without asking me what colors I want. So I was like hold up you don’t just choose the colors. She went back and got my requested colors and did the design. She figured it out that she forgot to put my sandals on when it was time for me to get up. She messed up the polish in the process and had to redo it. For the manicure she didn’t know what an American manicure was so she told me to tell one of the other workers, I complied and they translated for her but I didn’t work out. It looked like a big ass pink and white stripe. After she was done I told her it wasn’t working out for me and to just put the same polish that was my feet on my nails. She didn’t like that then I got talked about in the language but by that time I didn’t care. Someone else polished my nails. Turns out the lady brought over the wrong polish she she painted one nail, figured out it was different and got the correct polish. I told the lady see! It is NOT me! She also refunded $ 3 and this is why they got 2 stars instead of 1 because they recognize it was a bad experience. I appreciate them refunding something but it wasn’t enough for me to ever go there again.

I went today for the 1st time and I have to say that the service was ok. The lady that did my pedicure was very friendly and a perfectionist. I love that about people that take pride in what they do. The owner her name is Cindy did my nails. She charged me $ 50. $ 25 pedicure and $ 25 acylic nails. I had gotten my niece done too for $ 5. I would visit again!

My wife was pressed for time and needed a mani/pedi ASAP for our upcoming trip. This place was horrible. It was the worst mani/pedi she has ever received. Will never go back again!

The lady that did my pedi was good and efficient. However, I got Gel nails from a different girl and it was the worst experience ever! She cut me twice and there’s acrylic covering my cuticles! I went back next day and got a refund. Be careful and ask for someone that’s experienced I guess

Nobody was in this joint so I figure its around the corner from my mom… no need to check Unilocal right because its last minute I need my digits tended to! Well I blame myself! Worse damn Mani I have ever had. The lady was very nice who did my nails however I didn’t like the fact that she put my nails in water then began to file them … I mean who does that??? She then put old ass OPI polish on my nails they looked like I had caked up polish on my nails. UGH!!! $ 12 for this S%^&WOW!!! Never again!!! Note to self!!! You are never that desperate for a mani… and oh… check Unilocal before!!!

This is my local nail joint. And while I don’t suggest going here for much other than maybe a quick mani or polish change i will say there is one service they provide which I can’t be with out. Eyebrow wax! This is the only place I will go to get my eyebrows done. Why? There are 2 ladies here who keep it real and who shape my brows like no other. I don’t have bad brows. I actually have a very nice natural arch but for sone reason people always seem to goof them up. Not here. They do them just right every time and they only charge $ 10! Can’t argue with that price. Other than that there’s nothing else really I want done here. They overcharge for all there other services and if you want the latest colors you better be prepared to pay for the full bottle price plus $ 2 to get it. So not worth it. Plus the chairs they use for spa pedicures are old and blah! Come for the great eyebrow wax leave for everything else.

I’ve only come here for pedicures, but they consistently give me top quality service. I have yet to go anywhere else that can top their pedicure. Most other places I have gone to don’t even come close.

It was Memorial Day and probably the only place open so I called and the girl said they were closing in a half hour but would stay open for me. I rushed there and the girl gave me the BEST manicure ever(French Tip was an extra $ 5 which is nothing!) and then I had a pedicure done after(French tip as well). My manicure looked like real nails(no thick, large nails) and the french tip was done perfectly! My pedicure was perfect too. Even though they were technically closed, she took her time, was really friendly, and paid attention to detail. Her name was Tao and I plan on going back for my next mani/pedi.

I desperately needed to remove my gels and this was the closest place to my bf’s house(that didn’t look shady). When I first walked in, no one was there. I waited a few mins before someone walked in from a back room. I told her I wanted a gel removal and a manicure. The removal took forever because they did the soaking method, but I prefer that method so that was alright. However, the manicure was not so good. She cut me while removing some excess cuticle and laughed about it. She forgot she cut me a second later, and started painting. ‘Oh, I forgot… hehehe’. I was a little annoyed, but whatever. She obviously didn’t know how to paint nails, she kept painting layers on the same fingernail right after another… and now there are a lot of air bubbles on my nails. I’m thinking of getting them done tomorrow somewhere else. The lady then got mad at me because I didn’t have cash for a tip.(she didn’t tell me I had to tell her to include the tip when she was charging me) I could have just left and never come back, but I came back after making a trip to the ATM and gave her a few dollars. The removal and the manicure was $ 20… cheap. so I guess I got what I paid for.
