Old Dominion Freight Line

This is a strange business to review perhaps, but their service is great in every way. I had something large delivered (fencing) and the company I bought it from had it delivered via ODFL. I then needed to return it, and the place I’d ordered it from set up the pickup with ODFL again. In both cases, I called the Manassas (technically Bristow) terminal to ask about when the driver would arrive. They had their driver call me when en route on both occasions. On the day of the pickup, I had to re-​schedule it twice originally and they were very nice about that, I called probably 3 or 4 times just checking to make sure the driver would make it before I had to leave for work. I felt like I was probably being very annoying, but they were never impolite. When the driver arrived, he loaded it all himself so I could hurry and go to work and I now see that it has arrived via their online tracking service. Great service, everyone is very nice and helpful. Should I ever need to ship with freight again, I will definitely use this company.
