The technician shows up this morning and after installing the part, he can’t clear the error message and tells us he can’t fix it and walks out! How’s that for service? DON’T EVERCONSIDERTHISCOMPANY!!!

Called on a Sunday, 9am, been in the 90s all week, for A/C condensation drain clean out. Told that the repair would be between 11 and 2. It’s 12:40 and the repair is complete. The tech was fast and friendly. It was pricey at just shy of $ 200 for a compressed air flush but it is a Sunday and after waiting around all day for another company to call me back I’m just happy to have it taken care of so promptly. I will call again if in need of any emergency repairs.

As an update contested this charge with my credit card company. I received word that they were contesting my charge back and in the notes it was due to not contacting them after my second visit of failure to fix. In fact I did verbally and as an aside I was also contacted via Unilocal.I called appliance pro today and called them liars as I did attempt to contact afterwards but was told twice I would receive a call back(which surprise… never happened) and also reiterated what was discussed via Unilocal pertaining to my greivances. I was told I would receive a call back. To appliance Pros defense I spoke with two very competent women who assisted me with great customer service and this time I was even called back! They both assured me that the tech was fired and they are taking an active role in improving their customer relations. They also assured me they would write a letter to the credit card company that they will give me my money back. Janee was one of the women and I believe the other was Sonya? I gave them extra stars and re-reviewed because they admitted fault and offered to fix my charge.
