Taco Bell

I don’t know who the new manager is or whoever she is but I find it really disrespectful when I asked for a water cup and she answers
” I will be watching you get water only and if you take soda I will charge you extra, understood? «
Now I understand if I was a teenager, but when you are 27 years old making 5x more than she does that’s just rude! Such people make Taco Bell a place that you would like to stay away from!

This is very convenient fast-​good store that has great food preparation. The store is just about always in clean shape every time I come in to order. Why I won’t give it five store is that a employee had me repeat the order 5 times I am very disappointed she still got it wrong since I did not receive one of the items. My order was not even a lot. I ordered a half ranch and half nacho box, 2 steak chimichangas, one Cinnabon, and two drinks. I had amazing patience for her to get it right, and when I got home to only find I received chicken chimichangas and a whole box of nacho flavor .I will personally ask some other employee to take my order or I will take my business else where if that same woman is behind the register again.

I have been going to spots up Bristol/​Levittown since we’re currently petitioning there with the organization I canvass for so I will have more probably than just this and Wawa’s, etc eventually. Look up PA Working Families.
Anyway, It’s weird going outside of Philly to fast food places. They’re like actual restaurant nice. They don’t have attitudes, the service is efficient, and here they even walked over to the table to give us orders we still needed. Even checking up on myself and my co-​workers as we ate our orders.
Store is very clean as well. Will return when I am in that neck of Bucks anytime.

This is without a doubt the slowest tb drive through (that didn’t also have a KFC) that I have ever been to. At other stores the cash register is the bottleneck. By the time you pay they are handing out the food even if they only have one window. This place has two windows but the rarely use the first and when used it seldom helps.
It’s also the only tb that I have ever needed to check my order each time. It seems they might do a quick count of the items but do not have the wherewithal to check if the items are correct. Order 3 vegetarian potato tacos and 5 regular tacos for your lunch pals? You stand a decent chance of getting any mixture of 7 items. Good luck soothing your vege friend with a short order and even better luck getting your carne friends to settle for hot poops when they get stuck with the nasty chipotle sauces potato tacos. Last time it was getting 2 hungry kids to agree to settle for 1.5 tacos after one taco was left off.
Sounds like whining, I know, but you settle for places like this because in a hurry. They move in slow motion. You also think it will be cheap but it’s the same price per person on average of any other place.

Great service, great food. They turn orders over extremely quickly; never a long line.

The service is really good for fast food. The food is always fresh and tastes great. Employees are friendly.
