Pringle Nature Center

I signed my 2 kids up for their «nature» classes. I tagged along the first time for my 4 year old and I’m glad I did because the naturalist was on her cell phone the whole time and by the pond. I kept glancing over to see and then we were over under a pavilion and instead of sitting by the group she went to a back table and leaned against the brick wall, looking at her cellphone. During that time a little boy fell off the bench… then my son picked a piece of grass and asked me what kind it was I said ask her and he did. she said its a type of grass but we dont pick the plants. It was a piece of grass! Besides that it was very boring, the book they read was not oriented toward 4 – 5 yr olds and they were not expressive. I felt like I was doing more than the both of them. There was a kid whipping his jacket around and I had made him stop because they werent paying attention. Bad experience.
