Do Not Waste Your Money Or Time. Stay AWAY!!! Been a loyal customer for years. But I will not be returning after this.

I have been to Papa John’s several times over the past several years and the pizza is really good(not pizza hut) pizza but the customer service since the start of this year sucks. Let me tell you what happened. Back in Feb 2012 we decided to call and order a pizza. It was later then we normally eat but they were still open. We ordered it at around 9:30pm and normally when we order it takes maybe 15 min to get it. We live maybe three blocks from the store so it don’t take long. Well this one night it was snowing. It wasn’t that bad but we figured that it would take a bit of time since it was so we gave some leeway. Well we waited and waited and waited and then finally at almost 11pm the pizza came. I remember this because I wanted the pizza while I was watching Hawaii Five-0 and the show was almost over with when it got there. When it finally go there it was cold and hard as a brick. Well husband called them and they said they acted like they could care less. Needless to say I was pissed so the next day I got online and put in a complaint in on their website then I put one on their facebook page. I explained what went on and then I got a response about a week later on the facebook page telling me to send in the complaint to so and so address for which I did exactly what was told to do. After about another week or so my husband called the store to tell them what was going on and all they did was act like they didn’t care and just said well once you put in a complaint there is nothing we can do about it. To this day I have not heard anything about this matter be it through FB or online or email or phone call or by snail mail. The prices for their pizza are good and the pizza itself is good but because of the poor customer service that we have received from this one experience I refuse to pay for them to treat customers like crap.
