Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This particular Olive Garden, located at Exit 7 on Interstate 81, is definitely one of if not the best Olive Garden in this chain.
When you walk you are always greeted by a friendly host, whom are trained very well.
Order the Ravioli de-​portobello, which is also available at Lunch :)
or maybe a Lasagna Fritta, which is on the app menu, (apps don’t come with salad or soup)
Would recommend this location!

I generally prefer local restaurants, and Olive Garden is not a place I normally frequent, but I had a gift certificate. I was so pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was clean, the food delicious, and our waitress (Amanda S) attentive, friendly and professional. Will definitely be returning!

Well, well, I had the pleasure of eating at the Olive Garden. As you can tell from the photo it’s Stuffed chicken Marsella, the chicken was torched. Let’s try the chicken scampi, P. S. Had good salad. Torched (burned) really burned! The waitress was awesome! Once I pointed out my chicken was burned, they replaced it free of charge. My issue is the Chef knew it was burnt and hid it under cheese. Again the waitress was excellent!

I am a fan of the food here at Olive Garden, but the service really ruined the experience for me. I was with one other person and we had ordered two things that were the same price and asked to split the bill onto two cards. We were told we could, but my card was charged more than double what the person I was with was charged. My waitress did not offer me a box for my food, and was very snippy with us while we were eating. I do not ever plan on coming back to this Olive Garden again.

I do eat at Olive Garden from time to time when traveling and although I am not a big fan of chains I find the OG’s soup and salad deal to be of consistent quality and a fair price. This particular one in Bristol is located at Exit 7 of I-​81 and is in a big strip mail complex with many other restaurants and a Walmart, I absolutely hate these kind of places to stop at but I needed to eat and it was there. Let me say that the food was fine and my waitress was very nice and attentive and I absolutely have no problem with food or service. My reason for leaving a pour review is that the parking lot had trash all over it and walking into the front entrance was gross, the cig butt ern in the front was over flowing with trash and cig butts and there where butts everywhere in their sidewalk and landscaping. Although very contrived the landscaping at OG is always done well and maintained and this location was no exception, well designed and trimmed and cut, just cig butts and trash all over. Even walking into the front door I had to step over a cig butt, just plain gross. As I went in I was greeted by a nice hostess, the music was playing Frank at just the right level and once seated I was quickly served, the only problem was the obvious stains on the carpet and trash I noticed under unoccupied, un bused tables as I walked by. My food was fine and again friendly service but as I finished my meal I was again disappointed by the filthy bathroom. As I left the restaurant I noticed the aforementioned cig ern outside had had the cups and other trash removed but still full or cig butts and still trash and cig butts all over the sidewalk and ground, even the one you have to step over to enter the place!!! This basically means that someone had the thought to get the over flowing trash picked up but not enough care for the butts and other trash all around. As with all OG’s the managers name is on a plaque on the front entrance, this person is obviously committed to running this restaurant, they need to work on appearance issues ASAP.

Where to begin… I guess I can start by keeping this short. My wife had been here a few times while I was deployed and when we came in as a family for dinner a couple of the servers recognized her and chatted with her for a bit. That was the first plus. They were helpful in explaining the menu and a couple of drinks my wife inquired about. Our food took a little longer than we expected but when it arrived it was delicious. Everything was good. Our order was not hosed up (it has happened to me at numerous other Olive Gardens) and the food was delicious.
All in all, great service and tasty food. I tried the short ribs with gorgonzola this time and they were funky and delicious, lol. Very good dinner.

Always very good. Last night we had pizza. I was pleasantly surprised. A little more expensive than many pizza joints but here they include bottomless salad and bread sticks. We filled up on salad, ate half of our pizzas and took half home. Will be a second meal tonight! Highly recommended.

Endless pasta and salad. How can you go wrong? Well at least nothing did this visit. Food was fresh and our server was really nice, on point all night. She even brought my finicky husband his own salad bowl with ranch dressing. (cause his bland boring taste buds would have had some type of seizure if Italian dressing touched them) lol:)
