Just left Lykon Automotive and I couldn’t be happier. It was my first time there and they made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting ripped off. Everyone was friendly and even took the time to speak to me and my husband not just take our money and push us out the door. Thanks for being awesome, I’ll be back for sure!

Lykon has always been my favorite mechanics ever since i moved to the Levittown neighborhood. They are not expensive and also provide timely recommendations every time i visit for an oil change so that i can plan those maintenance according to my time and finances. offer home drop and pick up so that you can relax at home and not worry about your productivity. They have recently renovated their guests lounge with a good ambience and have have even Netflix there so that you can enjoy your favorite shows of you decide to wait.

I’m actually sitting here in Lykon’s shop as I type this. A couple of days after a mishap the owner of the shop Gerard reached out to me in a very genuine fashion, and wanted to make things right. All too often companies or people in high positions don’t care how people are treated and could care less what you think about their company, but not Gerard. Gerard truly has a heart of gold and made sure that I understood that my being a customer was appeciated and not taken for granted. When I walked in this morning for my car to be taken care of I was greeted with warm smiles, and while they were working on the car they made sure to keep me informed. I want to thank Gerard and his staff for reaching out to me and making things right, I truly appreciate that and felt the need to express it. Thank you thank you thank you.

AMAZING customer service! I called on one of the hottest days to try to get my AC fixed. Bridget was incredibly polite & helpful the minute she answered the phone!
I explained my issue & she new her stuff. She offered for me to drop my car off & they would give me a ride home since I was local.
When I walked in the door she knew exactly who I was & greeted me immediately (I’m big on welcome greetings). She explained everything to me without being arrogant of condescending which is sadly what I’ve come to expect at automotive places. She had someone bring me home & told me she would call around 2pm. To my surprise she called early & gave me the 411 on my car. Again, no surprises! My car was ready about 3:30 & they picked me up.
For once I didn’t feel robbed! I felt like I was dropping my car off the my Uncle’s shop like I used to do.
This was my first visit to Lykon & I’m sure it won’t be my last. Thank you for renewing my trust in an automotive repair shop!

What an amazing place!!! I came in to the shop in a pinch to get an inspection and an oil change and even though they were booked solid one of their guys stayed through his lunch to get it done. They were extremely professional and couldn’t ask for better service.

Lykon Automotive is awesome! I just had my front brakes done at Lykon and not only we’re they $ 25 — $ 30 cheaper than local competitors, but had the job done in less than 2 hours. They were even willing to stick around after hours to make sure I got my car back– on a Saturday. I’ve had oil changes done there as well. The staff is very friendly and will take good care of you and your car. Most of all, you feel like you’ve got a mechanic you can trust, who won’t take advantage of you.

I have been taking my vehicles to Lykon for a short while now and they are just great. Over the years I have been through a number of garages and I typically move on because of a lack of trust and/​or ability to fix it the right way the first time. Lykon is top notch and very trustworthy. Gerard and Brigette are extremely friendly and their follow up is like nothing I’ve experienced at other shops. I highly recommend them.

Owner is pleasant and isn’t sleazy like other mechanics. His daughter works as the receptionist and is also pleasant. Overall a pleasant experience. Ower kinda looks like tony soprano.
