My family was pleased with their meal. For the price it is very well done with good portions. The calamari was PERFECTLY done. I can’t say enough about it! Not chewy at all, nice and tender. The lasagna was very good too. All of the pasta in our dishes were perfectly done too. The menu is extensive with lots of classics. It would be nice to see something new and creative. The server was friendly and checked in a couple times but seemed rushed.

Heard great things about this place so not sure if it was just what we ordered or that we went for lunch vs dinner but really wasn’t impressed. The venue is nice, they have big windows which looks out to the street so you can view the passerbyers. Sitting near the window is great bc they have heaters right next to it so it is very comfortable. The server seemed to have worked there for a long time as she was knowledgeable but very unattentive. We started with the pasta fasoili soup which was good but was more of a bean soup than anything. The antipasto was fantastic, with a bunch of deli meat and banana peppers, but the main meal was such a disappointment. We ordered pizza, looked good when it came out but it was so doughy in the middle like it wasn’t cooked all the way through. I believe they are known for their pizza so this made no sense. I make pizza at home all the time and it never tastes like it isn’t cooked through. Maybe their dinner menu is better? I would suggest to stay far away from the pizza if you chose to go.

While the location in Bristol is lovely, Leo’s does little to live up to its Italian name. The dish I ordered, a simple penne with meatballs, came out undercooked and the pasta appeared to be straight out of a box. The sauce was bland and runny, and there were only two meatballs. For over 13 dollars. The staff were pleasant and everything else was great, but the food was a little shocking. I do hope they improve their end product.

COUPONSCAM!!! This place refused to take our coupon(buy one entrée get one free) Coupon has no exp date! They get you to order and eat your food then when the bill comes and you give them the coupon they tell you they don’t except the coupons anymore! They have to honor the coupon legally there’s no exp date! But they refuse. After some research online I found out this is a common thing at Leo’s(many customer complaints about these coupons) And to top it all off the food and service was not good at all. Me and my family have been longtime customers and we will definitely not be going back ever again.

One of my favorite restaurants on this street in Bristol. I love everything, the atmosphere, the people, the location; it doesn’t get any better! Every time you come is another treat! I came in with my boyfriend for our anniversary. I called ahead and made a reservation, even though we didn’t need one. I am the type of person that would rather be safe than sorry, if you catch my drift. We got a nice table for two over by the window. The only downside was the tables are very cramped together. Luckily the people behind me left shortly after we arrived because they had there chair so pushed out I had to be pushed up against my table. Once they left I was able to get comfortable. Or waitress Samantha soon came over and said hello. She was very sweet. I asked for a weird request and she went in the kitchen and asked if they could do it. I was very happy. She was overall a very good waitress. She had a positive attitude, was helpful with the menu, and made sure everything was perfect for us. For food that night I had their ravioli, but with a pesto sauce. It was delicious, I was so happy after I ate it. My boyfriend had the pizza which looked very good. He said it tasted as good as it looked. I ended up taking my raviolis home because I had to save room for the dessert! We split the tiramisu… Oh my goodness, that was the best tiramisu I have ever had! And the presentation of this dish was outstanding! I had to take a picture of it for everyone to see! Next time you stop in try it, trust me, you will love it. I would recommend Leo’s to everyone and anyone, so stop bye; try it out for yourself!

Ordered take out tonight. We ordered a Super Mario Burger and a Pepsi. The burger was requested medium well which didn’t come close. The Pepsi is basically sliced turkey that could have bought in a deli. This order was definitely not worth $ 25.00.

I would like to give them zero stars, but that’s not an option. This was the first restaurant we tried after moving to the area. Chelsea(later discovered as the manager) was our server. She only checked on us once and never offered to refill our beer or wine. Service was subpar, they weren’t busy. When our check arrived, 18% gratuity was added on. We are a family of 4: husband, wife, teenager, 8 year old. My husband and I have worked as servers and bartenders before. I asked was this their policy to add gratuity to parties of four and she answered yes. When we left, I looked at the online menu which clearly said it will be added to parties of 6 or more. I called the next morning and low and behold got Chelsea again. She informed me she was the manager and that it was up to the individual server to add gratuity of they want. Really??? So, what criteria does the server need to use to determine which table should be the victim? What profiling criteria did we fit? Family? Black? Out of town? Driving our teenager’s Volvo? Fortunately for us, she saved us $$. My husband always tips 20−25% out of respect for our prior occupation. She tried to offer us a refund of the gratuity and gift certificates. Why would we subject our family to that environment? Luckily, we didn’t turn on the whole area because of one ignorant server and location.

Beware of coupon scam! I just called to place an order using a buy one get one free coupon that clearly states Forever Coupon — These Coupons Never Expire. Guess what, they do not honor these coupons any longer, bad decision Leo’s you just lost a frequent diner.

I do not recommend spending the money on «boxed lunches» or «catering.» $ 14 for a small wrap, a store-bought cookie, cheap potato chips, and 2 tablespoons of coleslaw. Very disappointing. I haven’t had anything else here but I don’t plan on returning.

I’ve been here several times and each time has been a great experience. To start with, the place is so cute, both inside and out. The chicken parm is AWESOME– you get two huge pieces and it is delicious. The shrimp scampi and chicken alfredo are also both amazing and very flavorful. Can’t wait to try some other things on the menu.

This is a local eatery that’s been around awhile! It’s s great go place with reasonable prices. They have a awesome Lobster roll! It was recommended by the owner one evening I was dining there The waitstaff are very nice and you never wait long for service. I was there with my step dad for lunch and it was terrific. Soup and sandwich with a little plate to take home. It’s worth trying. The only time it’s crazy is graduation week when the college lets out for the summer.(just a little tip). It’s been newly renovated as well.

We stopped in just because we found a parking spot close by. It was early Friday night around 6. Our waitress was pleasant, she told us the specials … I ordered the scrod… Nothing special at all. He ordered the braciole it was better than the scrod. The pasta was a perfect al dente. And the sauce was very good. My beau was beyond annoyed that every table around us was offered bread and we were not. It was just OK. We will probably not go back.

Maybe I went in with unrealistic expectations, but this place was underwhelming. I had walked by Leo’s so many times and looked forward to giving it a try. The exterior and interior of the restaurant both seemed really interesting. It might sound silly, but I’m also a really big fan of their new, minimalist logo. There’s not much to this story: Went in, waited a while for seating even though it wasn’t that busy, and paid too much for some very«meh» ravioli.(Note: I’m very happy – even eager – to pay more for food/products/services from local businesses. This just really wasn’t worth it.) I would definitely be willing to try this place again if the menu and staff didn’t seem so… exhausted? I think that’s the right word. I’ve heard they were very good at some point. Maybe it’s just apathy.

Not closed, but severely declined. We ordered a shrimp scampi pizza last night and it was so disappointing. The crust was thick and bready, not like a pizza should be, and it had no garlic(this was a scampi pizza!). There were about 2 lbs of black olives on it(a scampi pizza! why???), and the shrimp tasted fishy(read: not fresh). I was so disappointed. I would have asked for no olives, but the menu is no longer available online, so I didn’t see it when I ordered, and who would expect black olives on a scampi pizza? And it was over $ 20! This was the last chance we will give Leo’s. A few months ago, we placed a takeout order, and when my husband arrived to pick it up, they’d forgotten to put the order in(they found the slip where it was taken, but it never made it to the kitchen). He sat and waited another half hour for the food to be cooked and never received so much as a verbal apology, let alone a token of apology like a free appetizer in the future or something. The burgers are tasty, that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

Wow just ordered take out… small cheese pizza, two cups of soup, small chicken Parmesan sandwich, and a braciola dinner over pasta. The bill was $ 50 which I could live with if the braciola dinner came with more than 2 pieces. I mean come on for a $ 20 entrée two pieces is ridiculous and the pasta it was served over was awful. The braciola itself was absolutely fantastic, just need to add a couple more pieces to justify the price. The pizza was mediocre at best, kids hated it. Soups were good and sandwich was average.
