Customer service is ONPOINT with these guys. I ordered some food late in the evening to be delivered to my hotel room. I’m a dumb guy who doesn’t like cheese so my order reflected that. One of my items(a sandwich) arrived and it had cheese on it. I didn’t see this until well after the delivery driver had left. Given that it was very late and I was sure the store was getting ready to close, and the fact that I know ordering food without cheese is weird, I decided to just«deal with it» and not call the restaurant and ask for a new sandwich. 10 minutes later my delivery driver was back, with a correctly made sandwich, with no prompting from me! The manager noticed he made my order wrong and promptly made a new one and had it sent out, before waiting to see if I’d complain about it. Great work, as far as I’m concerned! Thank you!

It’s been years since I’ve had Domino’s pizza. One score and seven years ago, they had a «30 minutes or less guarantee» on delivery or it was free. Famished, we’d rush home from eighth grade and order a large $ 10 pepperoni just hoping they’d be late. Bet your bottom dollar, we’d watch that second hand like hawks. A third of the time we would get free pizza. Not many options for pizza in Bristol and after the disappointment of Mellow, I gave Dominos a call. Some things have stayed true… They still deliver within 30 minutes(even on a Friday evening) and 27 years later inflation only brought our total to $ 14 something. The pizza was somewhat good. Nothing amazing but good in a pinch. Strangely, not at all good cold the next day. I did, however, appreciate the trip down memory lane.
