Diversified Engraving & Signs

Don’t order here. This was my first time ordering trophies for my son’s team. When I contacted Diversified by phone, the service was good and the price reasonable. Went to visit the shop and was presented with two options for my team order. I selected, placed my order and indicated when I needed to pick them up.
My order was not confirmed until I called back nor was it what I actually ordered! I was not contacted to see if the replacement I was ultimately given was acceptable, which it was not. His comment to me was,“Well, I didn’t charge you extra for the height”. Unacceptable. But my team needed them that night and I was stuck.
I would not recommend ordering here because you really don’t know what you are going to get.
