TL;DR… Bed 7⁄10 Breakfast 1⁄10 Cleanliness 7⁄10TV1⁄10 Wifi 8⁄10 If it’s a good hot breakfast you are looking for keep looking, otherwise a good sleep can be had here. The location is a bit sketchy but the room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Aside from the nasty breakfast, the TV barely got a picture on it, what little picture showed up was all distorted and green. Disappointing since a good movie was on but not the end of the world… The advertised hot breakfast though was a lie, only hot thing they had was inedible sausage gravy… considering we chose this place specifically for the hot breakfast we were greatly disappointed. No drop outs with wifi.

Pleasantly surprised. Hotel has updated rooms and clean, staff is helpful and breakfast is on the norm.

Quiet, convenient to I-81, and no mold in the bathroom — aside from that, I can’t think of a single nice thing to say about this Comfort Inn. It’s old, granted, but it’s not been well maintained, and either needs to have some $$$ spent on it or it needs to turn in its Comfort Inn franchise. Even the folks manning the desk, and the area serving the usual complementary breakfast, seem disinterested and in need of refurbishment. It’s just unpleasant. Enough said.

I have stayed here many times. The last time will be the last. They refused to give me points even though they gave me points a week before. I guess they don’t need the business.

I spent two nights here. Decent value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable, although age is showing. AC worked good. The complimentry breakfast was poor quality — I didn’t eat it the second day. The halls smelled a little. No elevator for second floor. Convenient to interstate and basic traveling needs.

In the middle of my stay I realize that I was given the wrong room. I reserved a suite but got a regular room instead. When I tried to meet with the manager he made himself scarce. On the last day when I tried to check out he left word with his front desk clerk that I would have to pay the rate originally agreed to. I don’t understand why the Owner/Mgr would want to ignore this. Be very carefull here. I complained to Choice Hotels and got my refund with a letter from GM trying to still put it on me. He claimed in the letter that he wishes that it came to the attention of management so it could have been resolved. I will never stay there again!!!

Decent for a nights stay. No frills. Clean rooms. Basic. Good thing is real tubs, because I like baths and not step in showers. Hair dryer provided and coffee machine in room. All of the lights worked in the room and sufficient outlets to plug things in. Bouncy beds. Had a decent nights sleep. They are renovating the lobby, so don’t expect much there. We didn’t partake of the free continental breakfast but they do provide one.

The most positive thing I will say about this location is that the price is more reasonable than the other chains located one exit away. I believe the main negative is this is an aging property, and someone either needs to give it a remodel so it is more appealing to those used to certain standards with staying at a Comfort Inn, or they need to change their affiliation to a some other brand. Two story interior corridors, no elevator. Front desk staff is unpleasant. Stairs to the upper level are in in odd locations. My king suite room was strangely arranged — not a welcoming and comfortable feel to the arrangement.
