This place is close to my work since I work on an island. It’s very affordable and a big enough meal. I rather have this then in and out. The burgers are great.

One of the best sandwich spots in the area. The Conway is a must have and they always have some nice fresh baked goods.

If you want a large, tasty deli sandwich with lots of options for a great price, look no further. This is what a deli should be — and it IS, because it’s Brisbane.

Sandwiches are great !!! Best to call ahead and pick up. Some in the staff are a little less than polite, however the food is great. Little pricey.

Went for my second time today. Ordered Armand’s favorite. That has to be the best Reuben style sandwich I’ve had in a long time. The pastrami tasted warm and smoky. If I lived closer I would eat from there weekly.

I have to say the sandwiches are HUGE me and my son shared one at the park. We had the famous Maria’s Favorite Sandwich. The best part of the sandwich was the bacon :) and the garlic sauce they have… so delicious! The cool part is that they have a liquor store so getting a margarita to go was nice :)

We moved from Brisbane 2.5 years ago back to North Carolina, and there are days when I think about Julie’s BLT sammies. There’s no skimping on the amount of bacon you get. Service is always friendly. You can take your sammie to go or eat in at one of the few tables set up inside. Julie’s is a great neighborhood store. The kind you remember from your childhood when your parents never worried about you walking to the corner store to pick up a bag of chips or some candy. This is also the charm about Brisbane — small town feel where neighbors really know and watch out for each other. We miss you, Julie’s Deli and Brisbane!

delicious, huge and inexpensive sandwiches with fresh ingredients! the lunch deal with half a sandwich, 12 oz soda and chips fills me up! I love that they cut the half in half again, this becomes almost two meals for me. Service is always fast and friendly, never had any problems. The first time I came here they had tapatio lays, bring these back!!! or maybe they were sold out.

I love Julie’s. I don’t know anyone in Brisbane who does not love Julie’s. I used to work at the community pool up the street and came here at least 4 or 5 times a week during the summer. This little liquor store has the best and biggest deli sandwiches I have ever seen — gives Little Lucca’s a run for their money! A half sandwich($ 4) is actually two whole sandwiches for me… it’s that big. And the staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing a sandwich — important because the options are aplenty. I’d suggest calling in your order if you know what you want. They get pretty busy around lunchtime and it can take about 20 minutes before your sandwich is ready for pickup. They have a great selection of chips and refrigerated drinks to choose from while you wait though. When in doubt — Maria’s favorite on a dutch crunch roll, heated. OHHHHBABY. And don’t forget that pickle on the side! :)

This truly is a liquor store that also happens to have a deli, but if anything, this adds to its character. Hot pastrami is excellent. Get the special for an extra large serving of meatiness. Maria’s favorite is also really good on Dutch crunch. Order in the back at the counter. Grab some chips and a soda(or a beer, I mean, it is a liquor store after all), and pay up front. Get your made to order sandwich and you’re good to go. Bonus – they accept card. Although again, it is a liquor store so not that surprising, just a bonus…

The sandwiches here are DOPE! Had the hot pastrami on fresh sweet roll with sauerkraut, mustard, and swiss cheese. It was big, delish, hot, and yummy rolled into one! Tons of pastrami and melt in your mouth fantastic. The place is ran by three old ladies who call you«honey» when you walk in and order. It is not fancy at all and is like a liquor store from the 60’s that caters to the working man. You go here for the FOOD and not the ambiance(not for stuck up types). I would go here Mon thru Fri if it were in my neighborhood. Big menu full of everything from fresh crab sando’s to turkey wraps. They make MASSIVE salads and in a large variety of types(chef, eggsalad, etc). I LUV this place!

Great lunch option in Brisbane. I really like their salads. The cobb’s salad is hardy and yummy. The taco salad is really good as well. Their salads probably have more than 10 ingredients, so although the price might look steep, they’re worth it.

Julie’s has a good beer selection(American and import brands) but it’s SO pricey! I paid almost $ 12 for a six pack of Blue Moon. I would have gone elsewhere but it was Superbowl Sunday and I didn’t feel like standing in line for 45 minutes at Safeway with all the other last-minute Superbowl shoppers. Then again, Julie’s is the only liquor store in the area if you don’t count the gas stations which are just as expensive. So you’re paying for convenience. On a positive note, Brisbane has free parking galore so you can literally park in front of the store — a huge plus for a city girl like me. On the way out, I noticed they have a rather extensive deli menu. But I haven’t tried their sandwiches yet, so I can’t comment. I’ll make sure to update my review when I do :)

If you want to quickly pick up a sandwich for lunch and have leftovers for the next day Julie’s is perfect. Especially when the wait at Subway can be ridiculous. Ordered up a Dave’s special which had; roast beef, turkey, black forest ham, and your choice of cheese/bread for $ 7.50. Outside of the red onions, lettuce, and usual condiments nothing special.( ) No garlic spread like Luccas, and no on site seating or a hot grill for burgers like Darby’s. They do have offer a steak sandwich that look’s good. CC accepted and they do offer malt liquor to wash down your lunch just like Piccolo Pete’s. Julie’s may be the best of Brisbane but Lil Lucca’s is a Bay Area institution for a reason.
