Attended a wedding and have some mixed reviews. First of all the «wedding food» was excellent! It was a pretty big sit down family style wedding and I was very impressed with quick service, taste and the amount of food available. My favorite was the chicken and the stuffing.
I would give the food and service at 5 star rating.
The negatives were at the bar and the with the lack of air conditioning in the hall. Maybe because it was caused by the big group and tight fit, or maybe this is always an issue in summer… but it was hot in there! Especially while we ate our meal.
The mixed drinks were also horrible. Soda was flat and tasteless. I mentioned to the bartenders that the soda was flat and they said they would check on it, but it never got better. Others had complained of the same issue to no avail. This is how bad it was… I switched to beer!

Good food! But they definitely do not train their employees. The waitress we had didn’t know a thing about anything! She ended up telling us it was her third day. It wasn’t her fault they should just train their people! I wanted to help the poor girl out. She brought one of us out the wrong thing. She kept asking us what came with the food. Just train your people!

We were very disappointed with dinner last night. There were two waitresses working the entire supper club alone & it was very busy. The two bartenders were trying their best to take care of the bar plus help with seating people, preparing water glasses for tables, bussing tables etc. We don’t know who was in the kitchen, but we waited an extraordinary long time for our food after having soup & salad from the salad bar… probably short staffed there too ! The waitresses were going as fast as they could & remained very pleasant in spite of the lack of help… hats off to them ! Also the bar staff !
