Slow, indifferent. Much like the customers I had to follow into the parking lot.
This location is an out parcel of Wally World which explains the clientele.
Also convenient to a railroad crossing, highway 85, Brighton Ford, and the Co-​Op ACE across the road.
Food eventually showed up and either Wendy’s has gone downhill in a year or this location really sucked. The burger was edible (even though the buns tasted barely baked) but the «new» «sea salt» fries were nothing to write home about. Soggy and sad. Bring back the old ones.
The front end staff was decent, kitchen staff was relatively slow, and there seemed to be little to no management on Saturday when I visited. Staff were yelling and screaming to each other and some kind of Mexican music was blasting from the kitchen bleeding into the dreary Muzak in the dining room.
Overall a solid 2. There has to be better locations and I have to retain what little faith I have left in the Wendy’s chain.
