I was in this store yesterday and Joshua helped me
Went in to purchase new Samsung phone. Joshua was extremely knowledgeable and helped with selection. He expertly transferred everything from my old phone and at my request he wiped the old phone and transferred my wife’s number to it.
He reviewed our account and pointed out where we could save $ 100 per month. He took cues from our conversation to up sell softly on items that were important. Even though he had never done it he installed and configured a Delphi Connect in my car.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a Verizon store. Kudos to Joshua and to Tim and Lindsay who helped.

Commissioned based sales people with one objective: To rip you off. I currently pay $ 60 per month and they «offered» me the exact same plan for $ 75 per month to get a «$ 15 discount» off of a $ 798 phone. I was creeped out when one of the salesmen starred at my legs and pedicure. Weird.
