I really wish I could remember the gentleman who helped us, because it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We were in the store April 15, 2016 around 4:00 pm. My husband needed to switch his work phone(AT&T) to my plan. Our associate kindly informed him he’d need a new phone, and then showed us options. He then walked us through the plans, and helped me get my company’s discount. Even adding more gigs and a second phone line, he was able to save me about $ 30/month. He was patient and funny and walked us through the whole process of setting up my husband’s new phone. Bravo! This is why I’ve been with Verizon for 15+ years!

I have been with verizon for over decade and needed to upgrade my phone. I’ve been shopping around for awhile but still didn’t have my mind made up. We were kindly greated and placed with Yuri for our assistance. She was very patient with me and saved me tons of money in all the ways she possibly could. She hurried when she could to make my visit pleasant. Great job Verizon!

Greeted when we walk through the door, but that was 30 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for help. Not sure what the issue is, but this is why I usually don’t go into the store. Between personal and business, I pay way too much money to wait this long at a business.
