this taco bell is absolute crap.
i understand taco bell workers have very little going for them in life, but they can at least pretend they want to help you.
several times ive had zero conversation from the drive thru window people — no «hello» or «have a good day», literally, nothing which comes off incredibly rude and awkward.
the food is the sloppiest and poorest prepared of any taco bell ive ever been to. dont waste your time ordering a burrito supreme to get the sour cream, just order a normal taco because the sour cream is typically missing or small portion on one side of the taco.
TO THE OWNER OF THIS STORE — you need to seriously have a talk with your workers about common courtesy and to AT LEAST put some effort into preparing the food. i cant see employees who care that little even stopping to wash their hands.

Yo, ima be straight with you. This Taco Bell slings piping hot deliciousness, and has an equally fresh staff — but without fail, one item on my order is always incorrect or missing. How could I be mad? I asked for 1 standard crunchy taco on top of the rest of my order, and I received 1 soft taco supreme. I’ll call that an upgrade. I have less understanding for not including my side of chips and nacho cheese. That is devastating.
This Taco Bell is perpetually hiring, so they’re bound to get it right one of these days. Until then, I’ll roll the dice and keep coming for that spice! Mild, hot or fire, it’s the heat I desire! Oh mama!

To who ever owns this franchise, why is it that your portions on everything is pretty much half of what other locations put on there items, especially burritos. I am literally eating a tortilla and that’s it. Everytime I go to this location I feel like I just got ripped off.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. Took more than 15 min to make a cheese quesadilla and a taco. 5 people who came in after me got served before me while the staff all clearly saw me waiting. Finally got my quesadilla and it wasn’t even cooked. Biggest waste of money and time.

I work in the area, but I sure as hell wish the Taco Bell by my house had a manager like Connie. She is the best. Runs this place like a well oiled machine

Sure… Faster than driving to MEXICO for a damn taco! LOL it’s always packed and once you’re in the drive thru, forget changing your mind cuz you’re stuck.
My fiancé ordered food for 3 people, nothing too hard. Chalupa meal with chicken, quesadilla meal, a 3 taco meal an extra gordita and a fiery taco. Instead we got a gordita with chicken and two chalupa’s with beef… not the end of the world, but it’s not rocket science and it shouldn’t take an engineers degree to build a taco.

Hey it’s Taco Bell. It’s fast, open late, and you get a jug-​o-​soda with every meal!
For authentic Mexican food, you’ll have to go in and sit down. But if you just want something halfway decent, then Taco Bell is the place to be.
I’ve only been through the drive thru, and at questionable hours of sanity. But this Taco Bell is consistent, and they get the orders right.
