Starbucks

I love this Starbucks! The baristas are VERY fast, and very friendly. The crowd seems more calm and less obnoxious than the surrounding Starbucks, and I’m usually always able to find a place to sit and work quietly. My only complaint is that for some reason there are a MILLION FLIES in here. What is up with that? Can we get some fly tape or something up in this place?

Went there today and they weren’t very busy. Ordered a regular coffee and a latte. Got the regular coffee but waited 20 minutes for the latte. Thought going inside would be faster, WRONG. Had to ask for the latte and went to put cream in the regular coffee and it was full of coffee grounds. Yummy!!!

Love Starbucks, a daily customer, and at times a couple times a day. At this specific location I seem to have a 1 in 5 chance of the coffee even being drinkable, unfortunately it is literally right behind my house. Most of the time its far too sweet and that is with an extra shot. Or tastes burned, or no syrup at all. We never take our coffees back and maybe we should with how much we spend on it, however the other morning I decided to take my coffee back along with my spouses, after already being at home. Both drinks were awful! I was treated with so much disrespect. Dirty looks, huffing and puffing because I asked for them to be remade, not a sorry was said. After the drinks were made and were handed to me I was very thankful for them remaking them, and not one word was spoken back to me. not a your welcome, were sorry you had to come back after taking them home. I will NEVER go back to this location, especially since seeing me all the time knowing I am a regular, you would think a little more respect would be given. So I will drive to 136^th and 1 – 25 from now on, my drinks have always been great there, and the customer service is the best!

Great Starbucks, good service and not usually packed. Also like there outside seating area.

This is my preferred Starbucks even tho there are 2 other Starbucks close to me. This location has the fastest service and friendliest baristas ever. They always make my mochas and lattes right. (very consistent)

The place is clean and not too packed around 8pm on a weekday. I like the fact that they’re open until 10, whereas the one on 120^th and Co. closes at 9pm.

Driven through this location twice, once in the mid morning and once in the mid afternoon. The morning visit went fine, but this afternoon was a very annoying experience. The line moved extremely slowly at the drive thru. I had ordered a cappuccino but when the girl handed it to me at the window, I could tell the cup was full to the brim with milk. It was heavy and clearly a latte. I used to work as a barista and am also a frequent cappuccino drinker, and it’s very easy to tell a cappuccino from a latte from just the weight. So I tell the girl I ordered a cappuccino not a latte and she replies «but I put extra foam.» I reply «but it feels very heavy.» She rolled her eyes and took the drink from me and muttered that she would make a new one. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not to mention, it wasn’t a dang cappuccino!!! Someone needs to teach that girl how to froth milk and also teach her some customer service skills! I wish she had given me a receipt so I could make a formal complaint!

Always very friendly, I appreciate it when I get there in the morning and they are trying to help me find something different to drink.
