Called yesterday afternoon and a very friendly lady answered the phone and within less than 5 minutes had an appointment set up for today between 3 – 6 pm.
Today, 15 min. before 3 I got a call that the crew was on the way. They arrived right at 3 and started immediately with the set up and cleaning and the job was done at 3:45. Very efficient and nice job.
I would have given 5 stars if I would not have been nagged so much by Mustafa to add other services or to get a contract for multiple cleanings. I am not sure if that is company policy or if that was something that the employee did on his own.

I was very unhappy with the service we received yesterday. The crew was in a hurry to get through and didn’t apply the protection until I reminded them. The carpet was extremely wet. In addition, when they were packing up, one of the guys walked in on my cleaned carpet and left debris. When I asked him about it, he said it would vacuum up. Very unpleasant and not at all respectful of me.

Scheduling was very convenient on-line. I received a confirmation email immediately after making the appointment and a phone call about 15 minutes before they arrived. Our carpets look beautiful. I wanted to buy some spot cleaner. They did not have any on the truck, but delivered it to my door free of charge. Both technicians were friendly, but respectful of my children’s need for space. Next time I need my carpets cleaned, I will ask for these technicians personally (Vince and Lamar). Although I get my carpets cleaned every 6 months or so, this is the nicest that they have looked since they were installed in my home 7 years ago.

Scheduling carpet cleaning through the website was incredibly convenient, and I am amazed that it only took an hour to clean 3 bedrooms, stairs, our den, and living room. With 2 cats and a toddler, we had accumulated quite a few stains, all of which came out no problem. On top of that, the technicians were friendly and chatted with my husband about the Red Wings, which he enjoyed! We will definitely use Stanley Steemer again.

Requested service via SS’s website, got confirmations by email and a phone call the morning that they were scheduled to arrive, and the crew arrived within the time I was told (30 – 40 min). Ron and his co-worker (sorry I can’t remember our name, ma’am!) proceeded with their work and did an excellent job. No complaints at all. I’ll hire them, again, should the need arise. BTW, even thought CC info was requested on the website, my card apparently wasn’t charged. Not sure why they need the info, online…
