Public Service Credit Union – Brighton Branch

When I opened the account they asked me if I wanted the option of not being able to use my card if I went to make a purchase and didn’t have enough money in my account. That sounded great and I told the banker to put that on my account because I would much rather get declined that get a bunch of fees, hence my reason for closing my account with Chase and moving to PSCU. So she said she would put that on my account, so thinking that I wasn’t paying as close of attention to my account as I would have if I didn’t have the option on there. I payed for something and it was $ 10 over what I had in my account so they put $ 100 in my account on credit and again I went over $ 5, they put another $ 100 and now I am having to make payments to pay off the $ 200 they put in my account for the $ 15 I could have just waited to use later. They also charge me a high interest rate which I wouldn’t have to be paying if they just would have listened to their customer in the first place. I wish I would have known they were just money hungry like ever other regular bank and kept a closer eye on everything. Or just gone to a different bank, the interest I’m paying is higher than any fee I’ve ever had in the 5 years I was at Chase. Don’t make the mistake I did!

This is not my bank but being that they are a credit union I can use their full service ATM for free. Their machine has issues quite a bit but it beats driving across town to go to my bank.
