Can’t say nothing really bad about this Pizza hit other than the benches need replacing because they don’t have much cushion any longer. The pizza is as good as it ever was.

We came in for a carry out. The general manager, Melinda I think, waited on us. We stood at the cash register to be waited on for 5 minutes before she acknowledged that we were there, even though she was standing at the register the whole time. She told us our total, we asked for garlic sauce and she pointed at her ears like she couldn’t hear very rudely. We told her again, she said that’s extra. We said ok that’s fine. She put her hand out for us to hand her our debit card. Then placed a receipt and pen on the table and walked away leaving our food on the counter. Seriously, the general manger acting like that? She was so rude, customer service should be a priority and she obviously just didn’t have those skills. I will be going somewhere else for pizza from now on. The food was hot and alright so that’s what the 2 stars is for.

Worst service ever! Don’t bother ordering from here. Last month they had no wings this month over an hour late! Food was ice cold and we had to reject the order! They are 1.5 miles from us so there is no excuse!

If zero stars was an option, that’s what this place would be getting. My husband ordered two pizzas online at 6:03pm. We received a confirmation email stating the pizza would be delivered at 6:33pm. It is now 6:56pm and guess what? No pizza. A call to their business resulted in nothing but frustration and being told the order hasn’t even left the building. You have got to be kidding me! And somehow a 20% discount is supposed to make up for this ridiculous service? And what on earth makes them think I’ll be ordering again at any point in the future?

What happen to Pizza Hut in Brighton? We usually carry out from there every Friday and love it. Love the kids that work there. Went there Friday May 1, and it was a MESS. all new employees, lines out the door waiting to pick up carry out. RUDE lady at the cash register. I finally got my order shoved at me without a thank you, and sorry for the wait. To many pizza places in Brighton to be treated like that. I’ll think twice next Friday. To bad.

Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I took my kids there to redeem their«BookIt» coupons. The server told us that the manager would only allow one of my kids to redeem their pizza coupon per visit! We have been participating in the BookIt program with our kids for 7 years and this was the first time a restaurant has refused to take multiple coupons. We won’t be returning to this pizzahut.

At 5:00 pm on a Thursday night, we ordered pizza online & got a confirmation. Now this is like our 20th time over the years ordering online & never had a problem in the past. So it was pretty surprising at 6:15 when we still didn’t have our pizza. We patiently waited another 20 minutes & couldn’t take the suspense any longer, so we called for the status of our order. We finally got through and spoke to the local high school drop-out. To our surprise, we were told that our order was cancelled. Apparently our card was declined, I’m assuming it was due to my husband’s fat fingers entering the number online because we had more than sufficient funds to cover our $ 22.00 order. Thank you so much Pizza Hut for calling us and confirming our credit card number and giving us a heads up on the order being cancelled. Appreciate the awesome customer service! Like everyone else I’m not impressed. Filthy restaurant, cold food, flat pop and usually staffed by a bunch of bored kids who would rather be anywhere else. Took about a 4 year break and decided to give it another chance. Ordered delivery and after an hour called to see what was the hold up. Told they had no record of my order and that they don’t even deliver to my neighborhood. Ug. For good pizza in Brighton check out Fuhgidabowdit’s. Awesome pie and friendly staff.

I don’t know if all the Pizza Huts operate the same but the one in Brighton SUCKS. If we come to dine in we wait too long to even be acknowledged that we are waiting to be seated. They usually are out of some ingredients. If I call in an order– no one answers the phone. If I use the iPhone app my order is either wrong or I have to wait additional time until my order is ready. I have no idea why I even go to this place.

In one word… GROSS!!! So we placed our order online, it said it would be ready by 6:19, we got there to pay at 6:17, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, even with 2 different employees walking past the register and one at the cutting station right in front of the register. Finally we the girl at the cutting station was ready to help us she was extremely rude, very short, «what do you need» *in rude voice* then slamming a pen on the counter for signing the receipt. We finally got our food at 6:40 but it was only the pizzas, we had also ordered wings, so we had to wait even longer while our pizzas got cold. The wings were gross, they poured about 2 cups of sauce in the middle of the wings. We had to wring out the wings just to be able to eat them, even with doing that they were gross and drippy. Very bad experience, and this wasn’t the first, our last one was bad with the customer service as well but we figured it was a bad day and at least we got our food fast and it wasn’t disgusting!

Pizza Hut pizza… always good, but the salad bar. they need to keep it filled. Frozen cucumbers and some stuck to the bottom of the container. Seems like every time I go there the salad bar looks a mess. Love the pizza, but not everything else. 3 stars
