Just shopped at Brighton Petsmart. Very helpful staff and decent prices. Overall a good experience. Huge selection. We found the puppy food we needed and my wife found many dog treats which I’m sure puppy will love.

Have pretty good prices, alway having sales. Large variety. My dog enjoys coming here. Grooming staff is courteous and well educated. Nail trimming can be done without making an appt.

This location was where I took my dog on her first day of walking in a social setting.
The staff was incredibly nice, knew how to approach her, and didn’t even flinch that she is part pit bull. My pooch ended up with at least 5 treats given by the staff, and I left with self esteem and confidence.

Novi, MI
This location hosts adoption events by Last Chance Rescue which operates out of Howell. We adopted our dog through this Rescue at this Petsmart location. I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff was to us when we were picking out all of the equipment/​necessities for our new dog. The store is clean and well stocked. I do think they are on the pricey side for food, equipment, etc, but the customer service is good so that makes it worth paying a little extra for me.
