We have had a consistently GREAT experience with this greenhouse for eight years. We typically spend about $ 150 on greenery and plants at the holidays. This year, we bought too much cedar roping. I was surprised when they allowed me to return the [unopened] 20′ bundle a week later, but I was truly bowled away by how incredibly nice they were while doing so. The cashier was very upbeat and festive during both transactions and on the phone. We look forward to returning and spending more money there soon.

I typically do not write reviews but feel obligated due to my horrific experience with owners a few years back. I purchased several flats of flowers which died two days after my purchase. I returned them and the owner and sister turned hostile to both myself and my small children. I have refused to use this store ever since. It was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a retailer and regret not making a police report.
