LadderPort

If you are afraid to climb on your roof or though a roof hatch, then LadderPort is probably what you want. They make contraptions that attach to your roof, or roof hatch, hold the extension ladder in place (not for the roof hatch, as that ladder is already permanent) and allow for safe and easy access to your roof.
LadderPort is also less expensive than a vertical or permanent ladder, so it saves you on your job cost budget, too.
