The office staff is awful to deal with. I called them during the day to pay a bill and left a message because they don’t pick up always. They didn’t return the call and sent a follow up bill highlighting the amount due and other portions of the bill. As if I can’t read. There was even a sticker attached to the bill stating your insurance company paid their portion please pay yours. So unprofessional after only a month considering I tried to call and pay. I talked with them and paid in full. Told them to cancel all remaining appointments. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. They disrespect patients and could care less about making things right

I’ve never met dentists, dental hygenists, or the like that are as good with kids as they are at Pediatric Dentistry. They’ve soothe my young ones that scream bloody murder and engaged my teenager, and haven’t batted an eye. On top of that, the work they’ve done on my kids’ teeth is second to none. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend them.

Awful experience! They are terrible with kids. They took my boys back into another room for their appointment. When it was over, my son came out crying hysterically. He is never like this. I was shocked.
My oldest son told me they screamed at his brother because he was gagging while they were trying to do the x-​rays. Apparently they shoved the x-​ray into his mouth in a forceful way and told him to stop gagging and that 3 year olds can do this without a problem.
At check-​out, my insurance was supposed to cover a regular cleaning and x-​rays. They said I had a $ 25 charge because they had to try a few times with the x-​rays and so I was responsible for the additional cost.
Honestly this place is abusive. I seriously hope current patients will stop going to this place. This guy hurts kids and is awful. We switched to a new dentist, and our new dentist told us other stories where kids were tied down for treatment.
Please think twice before going here. There are other dentists in the area that will take MI-​Child insurance or other insurance companies. I found another one in Howell, Dr. Betcher. He accepts most insurances. Please check around for someone else before subjecting your kids to the abuse of this office.

Very disappointed with office staff!!! I have been taking my three children to this office for a few years and just brought them in for 6 month cleaning to discover they cancelled my children. They said they sent a letter in the mail informing me that since we have a balance of $ 28 they and haven’t heard from us they had a meeting and took my kids off there schedule. Very angry to have gotten my children out of school early without even a phone call to notify me. We have never had a balance before and since my husband travels for work and he does the bills I was unaware of the balance regardless of explanation they refused to allow cleaning even with payment on this day!!!
