Horrible customer service. Waited nearly for 20 minutes for our order because they gave it to the wrong customers. And I also asked for a full refund and had to nearly wait 10 minutes just for that! Will not be using this Good Times again.

Good Times is the only place I eat fast food! I love their bambino burgers, they’re the perfect size for a lazy snack. As much as I love their food, this places gets 3 stars because their service sucks. They always say it’ll take 90 seconds or less to cook food (and most of the time that’s true) but when it takes longer it’s really annoying. I dont care how long it takes to cook my food, just don’t tell me it’ll be 90 seconds when it takes 5mins, especially when the person before me orders half the menu. A simple statement «your food will be out shortly» would have prevented me from taking away those 2 stars. Otherwise this place is awesome!

I Looooove their frozen custard, it’s like a drug. The clock strikes 9pm and I know where I’m heading to fix my sweet tooth. The burgers are decent too and so is the service.
