After a friend referred me I called to make an appointment. The girl who answered the phone proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes about how my type of insurance didn’t exist and that I didn’t know what I was talking about– despite the fact that I was holding the insurance card in my hand! She represented the company so unprofessionally and came across more like a belittling & patronizing little girl than an adult who receives a pay check and manages some sort of responsibility. After the impression she gave, I would never trust anything to get done in that office. Horrible!

Don’t go find somewhere else to go. Very shady billing practices. We are very disappointed have been going here for years with no insurance, paying for services day of appointment. We now have optical coverage and we are being charged over and above what’s covered, When insurance said we don’t owe, they turned us in to collections. Regarding other reviews about not being able to get your scripts they don’t make it easy. We will be going elsewhere.

The exam and initial experience was ok. Nothing horrible but nothing great. I did have problems when reordering my contact lenses. First time I was required to order two boxes($ 100) minimum. I was told that Acuvue would not sell one box. When I called back later in the year I was told that they would only sell me one box, as my prescription was to expire in three weeks. Also, the gentleman who does the ordering is not rude… just not professional.
