OK ~ so you’re reading all the great reviews on Unilocal when… no picture… no audio… no power? CRAP!!! Now what? You have just entered the Twilight Zone. Who do you trust? Who do you call to help you through this quagmire? (Now is when the Ghostbusters song will start playing inside your head)
I have used these guys twice and have been mildly surprised at how reasonably priced they are. Being a «playa» on the puter and not a geek, these guys could have told me I needed a new motherboard or whatever else is expensive and I would have forked the $$ over. They didn’t !! They take the time to explain exactly what IS wrong and the exact amount it will cost you. I have even been there and witnessed them guiding a customer via landline on how to fix a problem themselves. You’d never hear this 2 Circuit City or Best Buy.
So, before you lose everything on your system (including CW’s phone number) jot their number down and keep it near you. You won’t be disappointed as they are fantastic computer wizards… and very friendly too.
