Buffalo Wild Wings

Quality goes down everytime I go. Chicken was dry with very little sauce. Couldn’t eat the last few boneless because they were just too overcooked.
Mushroom appetizer used to be one of my wife’s favourites. We ordered ours and recevied a basket of what looked like chopped mushrooms coated in breading. What happened to the full mushrooms?
Each time I go, I think the quality must be a fluke. I am convinced now that this has become the norm. We will not be back.

Food was great, but the service was even better — Anita was attentive, upbeat and all-​around perfect! This was hands-​down one of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a while and it was all because of her. Thanks again, Anita — you’re fabulous!

Stopped on a whim. Haven’t been to a BWW in a long time. Very happy we did. Shrimp Po’boy sandwich was so good we will go out of our way for a return visit; crunchy, flavorful, lots of shrimp! French fries were skinny, fresh, excellent. Buffalo and garlic wings very good. Worth the trip. Will return for sure

Disappointing. My family of four dined here Sunday, Oct 4. I received the wrong good when our meals were delivered. My family was done with their food before my correct meal was even delivered. We got an apology, sort of, after I told our server how disappointing it was, and she told us there were only two of them on the floor, so it was «crazy.» Nothing adjusted on the bill, server only came back because we asked for the bill and a box. Never saw a manager. My family was finished before I even got my food and we had to pay full price! We’ve been coming here every couple of weeks, but I don’t think we’ll be back after this.

Good food, beer and good for kids. Kids eat for 2.49 on Wednesday and Sunday. Quite a deal.

We come every Wednesday for the kid meal specials. We always have friendly service and the food is delicious for me and her.

Never had a bad experience at this b dubs. Food is great, waitstaff is friendly. The new mushroom Swiss burger is awesome. Late night snack attack, this is the place.

Food is what you’d expect. It’s a chain that sells wings people… Not Ruth’s Chris steak house.
Service was good, drinks were good but for whatever reason every time I’ve been here the entire place smells like farts. I think it’s the water.

As far as B-dub’s go, this one is pretty quiet on most nights. Even if there’s a «big game» on, you can usually find a seat. This is our go to spot to watch UFC pay per view. The servers know you’re going to be there for a few hours, and are generally quick with the drinks and don’t mind if you linger there all night. As for the food, it’s the same at every location. Good wings, decent prices, and lots of cardboard bowls.

Not a bad dining experience at all. The food and service were both great! Nothing will ever compare to the wings at the local wing joints in Florida, but Buffalo Wild Wings has won me over, mostly with their mango habanero sauce… Yum!

I cannot understand how this chain is so popular. I guess there is enough people in the world who like greasy deep fried everything to keep this place open.
Came here for an office party.
The entire group was jammed into a space that was way too small for all the people in our party.
Waitstaff could not get any of my order correct, but I must say that the food was delivered fast, just not correct.
Parking is the worst, it is like the designers of the mall set out to make the roads in and out of the restaurant as difficult to maneuver as possible
If you love all of your food deep fried and not as you ordered it, this place is for you!

My fiancé and I come here relatively a lot to enjoy the food but that is the only thing we come for. All of the male servers are excellent. They are so kind and polite and serve the way people want to be taken care of. The female servers on the other khand… Why are every single one of you in such a terribly BAD mood with every table you wait on. Bad attitude. Bad service. Very short and not helpful.
One experience we had was our server didn’t ask us if we were finished, never refilled our drinks and when my fiancé tried to order a beer special she aggressively flipped through the book like she didn’t have time to deal with us. It wasn’t that busy and neither was she. Maybe three tables? She handed us our bill but we wanted desert. She looked so mad that she had to get that for us but the whole night she never ran our food, appetizers or the desert! If you really don’t want your guests making a more expensive bill for YOU to get more money why do you even wok as a server?

So it’s a typical BWW. This one is relatively new, in an upscale open mall. Parking can be tricky, there are spots out front, but there are many stores. We end up parking behind the restaurant.
We went later on a Saturday night, and every table was taken, restaurant and bar area. It took about five minutes, and we found one. Lots of families with kids. Its always a noisey place, with lots of televisions, with all types of sports and video trivia. They have a good selection of beers, and there is always some type of drink specials, just ask.
They are known for their various degrees of sauces, which you can put on a variety of foods, from chicken wings to sandwiches. Although the wife had the tomato soup, and she said it was very good. I typically order a dozen wings, one with a medium spice sure and the other with a warmer sauce. They are not the best I’ve ever had, but they have a good selection and plenty of options.

I placed a pick-​up order from this location, and the girl answering the phone was either really busy, or didn’t care. Of the three items I requested on my sandwich (cheese, lettuce, pickles), she heard only lettuce. I repeated myself three times, which is when she heard tomatoes, which I informed her I’m allergic to. She heard that part, but my sandwich was still made incorrectly. The rest of the order was correct, so I don’t know if she didn’t hear me (three times), or if the kitchen was busy/couldn’t read the order.
I really like the boneless wings, so I’m sure I will try there again, but maybe not with a sandwich order.

I find it hard to review chains because the food is the same at all of them, so I can really only comment on the service. Also on a side note, I’m not a terrible fan, in general, of most chain restaurants.
However, on a particular night we had a largish group of mixed adults and kids and places like BDubs can accomodate these large groups. Also, it’s loud enough that a few screaming kids won’t bother the patrons at the next table.
The food was good, as usual, nothing bad to say, but really can fried chicken ever be bad :)
In terms of service, the service was very good (hence the four stars), however, I did feel the hostesses were a little under the average intelligence. We did have a big group, but the restaurant was pretty empty and it took a considerable amount of brain power for them to get a few tables together so we could all sit together (our party was only 9 including kids and adults).

Great Wings. Overall, good bar food. It’s a perfect location to eat and watch sports on TV.
