Hampton Inn – Brigham City

The place is clean, the staff was friendly, but they put extra personal touches that impressed me most. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels lately but nothing Comairs to the note we found waiting for us in our room, and it wasn’t from management. It was from housekeeping. We came up for my brother’s funeral, which has been difficult, but to have people who are working to make me, a stranger enjoy where I’m starting, just meant so much. I’m surprised to see people still go the extra mile at a job. When my mother passed away, at the hotel we stayed in, the heat kept breaking down. Finally at about 3:30 in the morning, after repairing it 3 times that night, they had my family move to another room, no apologies. I had to speak at her funeral the next morning. When I called the Days Inn corporate office they just said «ok, so, what do you want? This a night and day experience. Thank you Hampton Inn, we definitely will choose this company again.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in a long time! So clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and my kids loved the pool. I also loved the small touches like the Brigham City décor, a welcome note from the housekeeper, and complimentary ear buds in the fitness center. Overall, extremely pleased with my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

This place really hit the spot. From a long 6 days on the road and driving through a winter wonderland. The room was big and spacious. the staff was awesome and very helpful at night. In the morning I couldn’t get the staff to leave me alone to keep asking me if I needed anything else. I felt welcome from beginning to end.

Very nice place to stay, kids loved the pool & hot tub, nice accommodations. Only negatives were the extremely hard mattresses.

This may be one of the nicest Hamptons I’ve stayed in. It appears to be very new, and the rooms were beautiful, with nice modern touches that I haven’t seen at other Hamptons. For example, they have a nice little nightlight in the bathroom with a sliding door, some cool built-​ins with USB ports everywhere, etc. The place was clean, check-​in was easy, and the room was comfortable.
Also, wifi and internet were great. I streamed some video just fine.

This is a new property (6 months) and Hampton Inn is onto something good. Fresh and modern contempory minimalist design which helps to keep the cost of the room down. Breakfast could have been a little better and this property does not offer made-​to-​order eggs. Room was efficient, bedding comfortable, staff friendly.
