Really enjoyed our lunch, more for the service than the food. I’m not dissin’ the food at all — ample portions, reasonable prices, good flavor — but service will determine if there’s a repeat visit, and there will be. Husband ordered the Reuben which had great flavor and was on awesome bread. I let the waitress order for me and she brought one of their famous stuffed burgers. Nice choice but was too well done for me and blue cheese stuffing was skimpy. Still, I totally admire a waitress who is willing to attempt to please a total stranger who says, «Order for me,» so we will be back. Don’t overlook the local products when you’re checking out. The raspberry jelly and the Kosher pickles we bought were amazing.

I grew up in Brigham City about 60 years ago and Bert’s café was booming then. I moved out of state and get back to Brigham City 4 or 5 time a year and no trip would be complete without a visit to Bert’s. The portions are excellent and the food is always great. This is a very friendly joint where many of the locals show up every day. The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere is typical of Brigham City. Give this place a try, I think you will be pleased.

Very good breakfast. The price is higher than one $ but worth the extra for a good breakfast. I love local Café’s.

Great diner food. Delicious french toast and yes, get the sausage links! Friendly fast service, small-town atmosphere. Delighted to find such a great breakfast in Brigham City!

The food is classic American. You have your classic breakfast food and the lunch/dinners are hamburgers and sandwiches. The food is so-so nothing that will make you say«that’s good«or «I have never tried that» but it’s not bad. Just true and tried American food. The service is great both waiters were attentive and nice. Will be back and maybe try their breakfast when in Brigham City!

Bert’s Café has been serving the good people of Brigham City and passerby’s since 1929. I’ve eaten breakfast here a few times – the food is good and the prices are cheap. I usually get the two egg breakfast or the single. My wife had the Egg’s Benedict last weekend and she enjoyed it. I love old cafes and diners and appreciate that Bert’s has in business so long.

We came into town to stay at a friends who’s recently moved to brigham city. We were pleasantly surprised. If you’re looking for a super clean denny’s type atmosphere this isn’t for you. This place is a total throwback, even to seeing the owner and his wife behind the counter and serving you. I had the sausage links, and I think that’s the way to go.

Dear Bert, thank you for making your café, your food is great! I was in town visiting this past weekend and went here for the first time. Good stuff. The place is casual and comfy, we all got a booth to sit in, the server was very friendly, the customers and staff seemed to know one another well, and it had a good feel to it. The prices are great, the food is even better! I got some eggs, hash browns, toast, and sausage links. and the links were amazing! They served 3 big ones with my food. Very very good! I would definitely go here again next time I come to town. My husband got the Belgian waffle and that looked and tasted great as well. If you want some good food, service, and all for a great low price… you should stop on in! ps– I didn’t have this, but I hear they have a massive ham steak and it’s really good. Dare if your tummy tries to consume it all, lol.

Whenever I visit Brigham City, I have to go to Bert’s. Their breakfasts are fantastic, and I love the funky diner atmosphere. Their omelettes are delicious, and they are very generous with their fillings. I really can’t stand omelettes that are 90% egg, 10% filling … here at Bert’s the filling(cheese, bacon, linguica) is at about a 75⁄25 ratio to the eggs. Just the way I like it! Service is fast, and the waitresses are pleasant and friendly. You seriously cannot go wrong with Bert’s for breakfast.
