Great employees. Super small. Aisles are tiny. Good luck trying to go down with other carts in the aisle. Overpriced. Very over priced. Produce are sprayed with water every few hours. Nicely kept. Very helpful employees makes this 3 stars.

Yes, the isles are small. They don’t have too great of a selection. These are the things I would expect from a sleepy beach town grocer. The prices are higher than I am used to on some things. I have had good luck with the produce here. This place will work for your groceries on the island, and no one would ever seeking this place out otherwise. So, it does it’s job well enough.

went back here and just wanted to add they have a DiBruno bros cheese section and fresh italian bread from Lucio’s. High level. Every time I go back I find more surprising items.

This place is a dump. I don’t get how it’s so crummy when it’s the only place on the whole island. You’d think that the people of this island would demand better. We try to do our food shopping before we come down just to avoid going here. Isles are small, and prices are very, very high. How do the locals do it?

Truthfully, I despise this Acme. It is insanely small and the aisles are far too narrow. There is no possible way for two people walking opposite directions with carts to make it down an aisle comfortably. It’s just insanity considering how packed this Acme gets in the summer. There’s nothing that irritates me more than attempting to manuever my cart up and down crammed aisles with three overweight women in bikinis flanking me on every side so I can pick up some overpriced produce. That’s not even an exaggeration. The people at the deli have no idea how to slice lunchmeat. They also package it really sloppily. That being said, this Acme has some of the nicest and friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered. And it’s soooo close to my condo. Why leave the island if all I need is a few(price-gouged) avocados???
