Bring a book and a snack because the wait is long. The waiting room is full, women are diving for the 2 good housekeeping type magazines and the tv station stays on depressing NJ news. After some of the woman started chanting Rachel Ray, I asked the receptionist if it could be changed. Absolutely not. We only let nj news or CNN on our tv. So I still sit here — now over 30 min.- and read web md magazines with the unhappy waiters.

This is a practice with nine docs, all of whom are specialists, aka, they are not general opthalmologists. I was sent here because I’m severely near-​sighted and need to have my retina monitored every couple of years for detachment and to have my pressure checked. It was very easy to schedule with these folks– since they have so much manpower, I was able to call on a Wednesday and get an appointment for that following Monday morning. The staff is courteous and the doctor was patient and knowledgable. Ample parking and pretty easy to get to. They did a great job of explaining things, which I think is part of the bonus of their affiliation with Robert Wood.
