Precision Collision has gotta be the best repair shop in the area! The service was spectacular and Jay — and his workers — were incredibly helpful. He was able to get me a rental car dropped off right at the shop — how convenient! After the job was done, he even called me to check in on the vehicle. If you need your car fixed, there is no one better. Don’t hesitate to stop by and ask for Jay!

Jay was fantastic. He handled all the paperwork with my insurance company and the rental car company-​I didn’t have to make a single phone call. He kept in constant communication with me while the repairs were being done, and the work was done well. He even dealt with the car rental company again when I had an incorrect charge on my credit card-​definitely above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I have been here twice for my 99 Camry (don’t ask) and the service was excellent each time. I originally found it on a list of body shops that Commerce approves. Jay is very helpful and responsive, and walked me through the work each time. He’s flexible with pick up and drop off times, which is perfect for me because I get into work before Precision Collision opens and out of work after it closes. He has accepted checks from my out-​of-​state insurance company, which made everything that much easier.

I recently got into an accident and based on some recommendations I decided to use precision collision. As soon as they received my car I got a call from Jay and he walked me through the process. The next day he gave me a quote for the work and some great advice. They were very friendly and took care of me and my car through the whole process. I can’t recommend them enough. I would definitely go back!
