I just started coming here, but every time has never been short of amazing! The atmosphere is very relaxing and they take their time making sure the nails are perfect! Ive never experienced a issue with them speaking in their native tongue too much in fact Im usually talking to them! I also have no idea what the person below was talking about in regards to being on a timer… I have never seen any timers and I have never personally encountered that or being rushed either. They seem to be a clean place as well and they even give a mini back massage! I recommend this place to anyone!

I had an appointment for an acrylic fill and gel polish. Unfortunately I had to ask for the shape and length corrected several times(my nails were still different lengths with sharp corners when she was finished). The technician maybe was annoyed with me, and did a poor job with the gel polish, which was streaky. She skipped the base coat and less than 24 hours later the polish is peeling off. This whole experience cost me $ 36 before tip. I won’t be back, and now have to pay for a new manicure some place else!

Took my 5 year old niece here a couple weeks ago and was happy with our services. I mistakenly didn’t make an appointment and it was pretty busy but they accommodated us within 15 – 20 minutes. My niece is a bit antsy sometimes but was entertained here. They had a great selection of colors. Staff was super friendly and made us feel at home. Polish lasted longer than usual. I got the spa pedicure which was well worth the extra $ 10. I’m rarely in the Bridgewater area but when I’m with my niece I’ll be sure to come back here.

I am a student at Bridgewater state and desperately needed my eyebrows done. I searched Unilocal and came across the Nails & Spa club. I was a walk in and only waited 5 minutes. Amy did my eyebrows and she did great! She was very gentle and took her time. I will definitely be back!

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways… 1. I walked in on a Sunday with no appointment and although you were busy, you got me a nice pedi tub and did not keep me waiting. 2. I forgot to pick a color in advance and you were amused and patient and did not make me feel like too much of a dork. 3. The pedi came out very nicely, the experience was friendly, efficient, and relaxing. 4. My regular, non shellac mani broke all records for staying power. 5. Your prices are fair. 6. Your salon is clean and cute. Sadly I live in Salem, MA or I would become a regular. But I humbly submit my Unilocal review in the hopes that I might lead others to your door.

I went there a few weeks ago for a full set of pink and white. I do not recall the name of the girl who did my nails but I wasn’t impressed with this place. The white line was smeared and there were little bubbles in the gel. when it was finished it looked like an amateur job but the worst part was after about a week in a half they started peeling off some of them almost came completely off. I was worried mold was going to grow. I had to put bandaids on some of my fingers because my hair kept getting caught in them and I had to use tweezers to get them out. I have NEVER had that happen. I went to another place and had to pay another $ 35 just for them to fix it. I’m never going to be going back there. I took a pic when I first got them done You can’t really see the bubbles but you can see the messed up lines and the shape wasn’t great either

Just disappointed, I recently moved to the area and was looking for a good place to get pedicures every two weeks. I found this place and it seemed to have a nice atmosphere. During my second appointment, the foot bath on the chair I was in begin to leak water all over the floor, now, unfortunately my backpack was on the floor and one of my textbooks was soaked and ruined. I was surprised at their reaction, it took a half hour for someone to apologize to me and it wasn’t even the one working on my pedicure. I then spent 40 minutes peeling each page of the book apart in order to try to save it, during which time I had my pedicure in a different chair, the pedicure itself was fine. Although the chair I was moved to did not offer the massage option. They then put somebody else in the broken chair and the place flooded again.(why?!) Also to my surprise, at the end of my pedicure, I was charged the normal price. My $ 90 textbook(over 3x the cost of a pedicure) was ruined and I was still charged for the pedicure. In my opinion, completely unprofessional.

This was my first visit, so I’m going to give it a 4 to start. After reading reviews here, and living in town, I decided to stop here because I was desperate for a pedicure, the reviews were solid, and I couldn’t get to my usual place due to my crazy schedule for the next month. I was taken and settled into a chair immediately. I felt totally relaxed, and comfy the entire time. I upgraded to the spa pedicure – because I’m a spoiled brat – and hands down, this was the best decision. Between the regular cream, the scrubs, and the stones, I was given almost 30 straight minutes of massage! YAY! And it was awesome. Two things to note: 1.) Cleanliness: Stellar. I witnessed each employee clean and sterilize the crap out of everything. YAY! 2.) Customer Service: I picked a subtle sparkle to go over the main color and the woman providing my service stopped and offered another sparkle because she didn’t think it stood out enough. I really appreciate that! While I stuck with my subtle sparkles, I think it’s HUGE that she didn’t think it made enough of an impact. Additionally, when I checked out, she made a point of writing her name down on my punch card and introducing herself, which saved a potential«What’s your name?» moment. I have a feeling I’ll be back! Update: It doesn’t matter who I get, every pedicure has been flawless. I’m hooked.

In Bridgewater, you have several choices in terms of nails. By far, this place is the cleanest, friendliest, and most professional. It’s a very relaxing place. The décor is really lovely and the place is very clean and very well kept. Also, the prices are great. It’s a walk in place, but you can also call ahead. A bunch of people work there, so you never have to wait for very long. I’m so happy to have this great place in town!

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure! I’ve tried every nail salon in town and this one is by far the best. They massage your feet and calfs for a good 20 min which, to me, is the best part of a pedicure :) They also do a great job with shellac manicures. The salon is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. Also, they give a 15% discount to students! Highly recommended.

like this nail salon. Its close to my home and take walk ins. my only issues is that they charge $ 5 more for a pedi and gel mani than all the other places in bwater. They do a good job. my pedi lasts for 3 weeks. nice décor, relatively easy parking.

Being in a college town, there are a few nail places, but this is definitely the best. I get my eyebrows waxed here every few months and refuse to go anywhere else! They really start to get to know familiar faces and remember what you like. Great customer service. I have gotten pedicures a few times and they always come out perfect. Great place to go with your girlfriend’s to get manicures/pedicures and relax. It’s located right in the center of town, so very close for students. The gorgeous set up on the inside makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, and it is VERY clean.(unlike a lot of the other nail places in town). You can make appointments, but i’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a walk in. Students get a discount on all services. They also have a frequent customer card: after 10 visits gets $ 10 off. They’re also one of the only nail places open on Mondays. *note* they no longer accept tips on credit cards, so if you’re going to tip make sure to bring some cash!
