I had limited funds and my furnace was not working. I was under contract with pseg for Worry free service. A PSEG technician told me I needed a new furnace and that PSEG could put me on a payment plan for an $ 11 000 new furnace install. I called Jeff burke plumbing for an estimate of a new furnace and he explained to me there was nothing wrong with my furnace and installed a new circulator pump for $ 575 wich is a lot cheaper than $ 11k. I highly recommend this plumber he is honest and fair.

This guy is a clown. Called him on Fri morning about a leaky pipe, I said I’d be home at 5. He said he «doesn’t like working late on Fridays» so I asked my bf to go to my house in the afternoon. I let this plumber know he could go anytime between 2−5pm.
When I get home at 5, my bf said he never came. So I call him back hey are you coming? I have never heard someone so disinterested to make money and do work. He sighed and said he’d text me back in 30 mins. I said ok. We waited 1hr 15mins, nothing, so we went out to dinner and run errands before leaving for vacation in the AM.
Then he texts me hours later saying I called you 6 times why aren’t you picking up the phone. Because I waited all day to hear from you and we had shit to do!
If you need a plumber, save yourself the headache and don’t even bother w this loser.

Complete professionals. Returned my calls, answered all my questions, was extremely courteous on the phone. They arrived at my home exactly on time (how novel). Mechanics who did the work were first class– obvious that they take pride in their work (such a rarity today!). Very clean, put down their own towels to protect tile floor, did the job right. Pricing was very reasonable. If you’re tired of the typical crap contractors we have become accustomed to in NJ, then give these guys a call.

Jeffrey and his crew were very neat, clean, and friendly. Additionally they were able to fix my plumbing problems very quickly and with minimum cost.
