They do not have ability to check insurance benefits. Before taking an appointment, they mentioned that I’m eligible and its an in-​network provider however they charged me like I’m not covered.

Been going here for the past 2 – 3 years at this point. Dr. Boni’s office is a nice and convenient office for folks in the Bridgewater area, as it is located very conveniently within the town.
The front desk staff are helpful, both on the phone and in person, and try to accommodate requests as best as they can. (This past time, they were able to bump up an appointment for another family member that was later in the day to help us out). Overall, they do a good job.
The doctors themselves seem to know what they are doing. We’ve had this female Asian doctor for the past few times that we’ve gone (I don’t know if she’s Dr. Boni or one of the other OD’s in the office), but she always does a thorough and proper job.
Finally, the selection of frames and options for glasses is quite good as well. The lady who helps out in that section is quite nice as well. Insurance (VSP for us) has never had an issue with this office, which is very different than some of the other places we used to go to in the past. It seems that these folks know what they’re doing.
In all, they run a tight ship, and it’s definitely going in the right direction. Honestly, there isn’t much of a need to look elsewhere for an eye doctor’s office in this area!
