TERRIBLE! Horrible service — i went in for a gel manicure and the manicurist was in a rush, critiqued my nails, and did a horrible job. I had to ask her to shape them as she just started painting them without using a nail file. I also had to ask her to re-do my 3 of my nails since they had completely smudged and not dried in her rush to finish the job. Worst of all is when i gave her a three dollar tip(which i don’t believe she deserved) and she gave a dirty look! Save your money, your nails, and your time. DONOTGOHERE

Only good I can say is that place looked decently clean and welcoming. Very poor service, I got regular manicure and manicurist did a terrible job, very uneven, not filled in fully nails, never removed nail color from the skin around nails. Price is 15, which is definitely too high for such a bad job. Will not go back!

Coming here is very relaxing. After doing your share of shopping in Bridgewater Mall, stop in for any of their various spa packages. I usually settle for a basic pedi from Lee. Once you find the right manicurist, it’s hard to let anyone else take their place. Everything appears clean –nothing looks worn down or overused. Always an enjoyable experience.

Have gone here 2 times and dissapointed both times. First for a gel manicure where they ruined my nails by using a dremel device and using a bonding agent… my normal salon in NYC were horrified at what they did to my nails. And 2nd time– a year later, for a normal basic manicure where they left color on my cuticles, we’re rude throughout the entire session by not speaking to me but each other and when my finger accidently hit the small fan she groaned so loud you would have thought I messed up every nail. Not sure why they use the small fan, I frequent many standard nail salons in NYC and have never been asked to put my hands in front of a fan in between coats. I think it’s a way to get ppl out of there faster and my nails started chipping within 2 days of having the manicure. Lastly, I will not be going back.

Not worth the money. My mani/pedi is super sloppy. Color on my cuticles. And around the nail. Asked her to clean it up, she cleaned up one nail. Ug. Also as an FYI they use latex gloves, so if you are allergic beware. I found out the itchy way!!! I will not be a returning customer. I always find it so frustrating because it looks bad, I’m not satisfied but feel bad saying something. So there goes $ 40 down the drain.

Really high prices for poor quality and service. A very basic pedicure is $ 29. Went in for a pedicure the other day and the nail technician did a lazy job cutting, filing, and cleaning my toe nails. She barely spent any time buffing the bottoms of my feet. Additional treatment to remove dead skin costs an additional $ 10. She put a scrub on my leg, but barely worked it in. The«massage» was more or less rubbing lotion into my skin for about a minute. Nail polish seemed like it was really thin and«watered down». Definitely felt ripped off from the whole experience.

I went here on a Thursday night at about 7:45, they close at 9:00. I was instructed to sit at a station and wait. I waited 20 minutes before someone started my manicure. I was never instructed to pick a polish color. While I waited I managed to find a basket with the gel color wheels. Upon choosing a color I resumed waiting. When it was finally my turn for a manicure with gel polish, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted my nails to be filed, she filed them roughly, and then used the electric file to take off the top layer of my natural nail. She then retrieved the color I selected, put the polish on quickly, and it appeared she was scraping the bottom of the bottle for color. There was no cuticle trimming, didn’t even push them back. She put the polish on,(on top of my cuticles) and then quickly patted(slapped) my hands with a hot towel, slathered some lotion on and told me it was $ 25. I understand that it was around 8:15, but you had :45 minutes till closing. My nails were jagged and caught on my shirt. I had to refile them when I got home. The polish has lasted a few days so far but I won’t be returning to this nail salon in the future.

Came here for a polish change on my acrilyc nails and the woman who did them made a comment that she was supposed to go home soon and the lousy job she did showed me that she couldn’t care less how they looked because she wanted to leave… A polish change is $ 8 but they charged me $ 13 because I had a gel top coat to take off. 5 dollars more for something that would take 2 minutes longer?! Rip off. Also, their nail polish selection is god awful. Between the lack of choices and the grungy ones on the shelf, that should’ve been a red flag for me to get the hell out!

Very poor customer service. I walked in for threading and they gave me an appointment after 30 mins which is fine. When I came back exactly in 30 mins, there was no one to serve and made me wait for another 30 mins. I only go there when it’s urgent because it’s near home. Otherwise I won’t suggest anyone to go to this place.

This is a typical nail salon in a mall. During my struggle to find a regular spot since moving, I have gone here 3 or 4 times. I have not had a problem as a walk in, and wait time, if any, is minimal. The polish selection is below average and I always bring my own when I stop in. This salon is also on the pricey side. It isn’t very relaxing since its in a mall and they always seem to rush. But my manicure is always nice. Can’t go higher than three stars since this spot is about average.

$ 15 is a total rip off for the manicure I got today. I was in the chair a total of 10 minutes. My nails are totally uneven, one thumb nail was cut way shorter than the other. Looks ridiculous. Wish I had taken a before and after picture – my nails looked better before I sat down for the manicure! Will never waste my money here again.

Tried this establishment 3 times. 1st time I treated my daughter and I to spa pedicures at $ 58 each. It was fantastic. I also had them wax my eyebrows. The entire time she tried up selling me to eyelash extensions. Ugh. Went back a second time for just a quick pedicure and they wouldn’t stop trying to up sell me to a spa pedicure. I explained 3 times I wasn’t interested and didn’t have the extra time for it. As a result I got a terrible pedicure. I asked why they didn’t loafa the rough spots on my feet and they said it was only a part of spa pedicure! What kinda pedicure doesn’t remove the rough spots??? Terrible job and to be honest I was not happy. Basically paid $ 25 for them to wash my feet and paint them. Stopped in here last night for a quick manicure since I had time to kill. I explained I just wanted a basic manicure. The manicurist tried up selling me to tips and then gels. I explained 3 times I wasn’t interested. Just a regular manicure. While picking my color I noticed a sign that said they will charge $ 10 for any broken nail polish bottles! Who charges $ 10 for ½ used bottles of Polish should one be dropped and broken. Mind you I have never once broken a bottle of nail polish. Is that even possible? As I sat down I noticed how dirty the whole table was. It was covered in acrylic dust and there were no sterilization jars or machines. She proceeded to file my nails and soak my hands in freezing water. Who uses ice cold water to losen cuticles? After rubbing regular hand lotion on my cuticles she take a pair of cuticle cutters out of her drawer and starts clipping away! I ask if they had been sterilized and she said yes. When I got up to go wash my hands I turned and saw her toss the cutters back in her drawer! After coming back she explains there is no hot towels left and starts to paint my nails! No hot towels no hand massage, nothing. Then has the nerve to charge me $ 15 for this terrible manicure. When got up to head over to the dryers she didn’t offer to help me with my purse or coat, so of course I now have a smudged paint job. Never going back, this place is filthy.

The WORST place to go and get your nails done. The girls and I went here to get our nails done and hoped to have a great time. Turned out to be a flipping nightmare! Karly dropped a nail polish and they yelled at her for doing so. Reminded me 4 times that I have to pay for it. Most of all, they did a SHITTY job on my nails. I could have paid myself that stupid $ 15 and done a better job. Rude people! Did my nails for less than 10 mins. Handled my hands without care!

I went to Signature Day Spa on a Thursday night, which I’m sure is a pretty slow night for them. I went in to get a manicure, which cost $ 15…$ 3 more than what it is in my home town. Although the manicure turned out fine, the overall atmosphere of the place is horrible. The service was terrible… when I went to the front desk, no one came up to help me for at least 5 minutes. This is ridiculous, especially since it was so slow and the majority of the employees were in the back corner of the room playing cards and looking at their iPads. They were laughing and being pretty loud, which normally I wouldn’t mind… but aren’t spas supposed to be relaxing??? Also, at one point during the manicure, an employee was standing behind me talking to the lady that was doing my nails… she was literally hovering over me and talking. It was uncomfortable. The only reason I would ever come back to this place is if I really had some time to kill… otherwise, it’s not worth the prices or the terrible customer service.
